“I went in last week when I was having some issues with my cell phone reception and network speed and Jonathan was able to help with resetting my network settings, and changing around other configurations which helped tremendously. Afterwords, we did a speed test and the results were night and day. If you ever need help with your devices and/or your services go in the Columbia center location and ask for Jonathan!!”

When I got to the store, the guy behind the counter offered to do a battery test before we swapped it out to make sure it was actually the battery, just trying to save me some money. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, they even fix consoles and stuff too!”

“Broke my phone and decided it was time to move to T-Mobile. Showed up today and the gentlemen working were super kind and helpful. They walked us through the process of moving over to them from our current carrier and answered all of our questions with details. I felt super informed and as though these guys really cared about us and what we needed. They were not trying to upsell us on anything. It felt like they genuinely cared. When we were waiting for the sim cards etc., we observed a customer come in with a concern about a $10 charge, and they listened to her to understand the situation and handled it with care and compassion. Very impressed with them.”

“I started with US Cellular 23 years ago. Flip phones. No problems for ten years. When they refused to transfer or port a phone number, I decided to change companies. What a mistake. T-Mobile sims failed monthly. No towers available? Verizon ... their technicians on hold with their company for 3 hours trying to fix issues for me! And they want me to go to their web site? Never!Terrible customer service! I came back to US Cellular. The corporate stores are the ones that have good service. I'v had problems with the private stores. Stay with the corporate stores.”

“I've been to 3 different location the valley and out of those this one had the best customer service. They truly care about my device going home with me the same day. I visited the union gap one poor and they only made snarky remarks. The sunnyside one has been closed but that is usually where I go as it is the closest.”
“Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better.
