“I went in last week when I was having some issues with my cell phone reception and network speed and Jonathan was able to help with resetting my network settings, and changing around other configurations which helped tremendously. Afterwords, we did a speed test and the results were night and day. If you ever need help with your devices and/or your services go in the Columbia center location and ask for Jonathan!!”

“Broke my phone and decided it was time to move to T-Mobile. Showed up today and the gentlemen working were super kind and helpful. They walked us through the process of moving over to them from our current carrier and answered all of our questions with details. I felt super informed and as though these guys really cared about us and what we needed. They were not trying to upsell us on anything. It felt like they genuinely cared. When we were waiting for the sim cards etc., we observed a customer come in with a concern about a $10 charge, and they listened to her to understand the situation and handled it with care and compassion. “Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better.

I visited the union gap one poor and they only made snarky remarks. The sunnyside one has been closed but that is usually where I go as it is the closest.”
