“My girlfriend’s battery went out on her, so I called around asking prices. This shop had the best prices for a battery replacement. When I got to the store, the guy behind the counter offered to do a battery test before we swapped it out to make sure it was actually the battery, just trying to save me some money. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, they even fix consoles and stuff too!”
“I was at a frustration level trying to activate my new iphone Air. Aron quickly deciphered my problem. My iphone was in a SOS mode and was not charging so this added to the difficulty when transferring data. Aron once again saved the day. He offered to help my husband when his phone needs activation. “Broke my phone and decided it was time to move to T-Mobile. Showed up today and the gentlemen working were super kind and helpful. They walked us through the process of moving over to them from our current carrier and answered all of our questions with details. I felt super informed and as though these guys really cared about us and what we needed. They were not trying to upsell us on anything. It felt like they genuinely cared. When we were waiting for the sim cards etc., we observed a customer come in with a concern about a $10 charge, and they listened to her to understand the situation and handled it with care and compassion. Very impressed with them.”

“I started with US Cellular 23 years ago. Flip phones. No problems for ten years. When they refused to transfer or port a phone number, I decided to change companies. What a mistake. T-Mobile sims failed monthly. No towers available? Verizon ... their technicians on hold with their company for 3 hours trying to fix issues for me! And they want me to go to their web site? Never!Terrible customer service! I came back to US Cellular. The corporate stores are the ones that have good service. I'v had problems with the private stores. Stay with the corporate stores.”

Customer service is alive in this location, and all because of Crystal taking the time to hear out my concerns, and without hesitation she made me feel happier and appreciated like simple words can't possibly describe to others.
