“Jiffy Lube in Richland WA has really come through for me. They offer timely service with no appointment necessary. The fluid top offs are great before taking a long trip. The prices MUCH better than Toyota of Tri-Cities which charges WAY more $$ for the same services. I will be going to Jiffy Lube from now on. The employees are very pleasant as well.”

“Highly highly recommend this place. They've always done me right. Might be on the spendy side but ots worth keeping a small businesses doors open and food on the business owners table. Good staff and solid customer service. Really take the time to invest on you and make certian you are being sent out the door with the best quality service they could provide. Definitely worth it. Quick too!”

“Ethan was awesome, from communicating calmly and clearly while he juggled 5 other customers, multiple employees showing up late, and running the auto dpt solo, he remained unphased and exhibited a professionalism Walmart should be grateful to have. Will return.”

“I expected to leave with my car looking brand new, but it was just okay. They did a decent job washing, but I had to point out some spots that were missed. I'll probably give them another shot, though – maybe it was just a busy day.”
