I did about 30 miles on the odometer & I pumped about 7 gallons of fuel when I went to go fill it up , office people told me there was nothing that could be done , pretty ridiculous

Great folks and easy to work with! They had everything on hand at the time that I needed help in moving. I needed a 15 ft truck, they had it there. I needed packing boxes ( and even bought back the ones I didn't use) right there, I needed a dolly to transport items, it was included within the truck...they had everything! Who could ask for anything more ( sorry for using another companies slogan. But it was true)!

I stopped at UHaul at 225 Wellsian Way, Richland, WA 99352 first. ZERO customer service!!!!! They could not tell me anything about their truck availability. The place is understaffed and overworked! I left mad. Stay away from this place.Then I went to ABC Mini Storage. This was night and day difference. The staff was professional and helped me with renting a truck. Excellent service. I will rent their again.
