Don’t go to the new guy wearing glasses. I just got my package back with postage ripped off it stating left without paying postage! This is not correct because he had me run my card. Apparently he may not have run the charge or added it in his screen because he kept messing up something and the woman in there kept coming over to correct whatever he was doing wrong. Well now I’ve got a headache. Not to mention my phone number was on the other parcel and he should have just called my phone so I didn’t have to go back and explain to someone new why I “left not paying!!!” I paid! You screwed something up dude! I have two receipts and I mailed 2 items. Do not know what really happened.

Staff is friendly and helpful, on a first name basis with many of the regulars. There's always a line, but they are quick, efficient, and kind in helping you navigate decisions to achieve the best outcome for your package or letter.

So I waited in this long line to get my passport just to be told that I couldn't get it even though the stop time wasnt for another 30 minutes. What a waste if time.

I have now called 11 times with no answer. This is unacceptable and ridiculous that no one can answer the phone. I will be calling until someone answers and if I do not get a response today I will be going tomorrow morning to talk to someone in person because it is painfully obvious that they do not have the capability to answer their phone

I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be calling the BBB. I have tried 7 different times while it was open to call each call it would ring over 3 minutes and then a dead dial tone. How is anyone able to contact the office directly. Where is the customer service.
