Won't be going back. The pharmacy still has not filled a prescription for me 20 days later. They told me prior auth is required for the medication (A REFILL!). My Dr's office confirmed that it is not. Walgreens insisted it was. What they were not telling me is that the name brand of my prescription does not need auth but they don't carry it (and refuse to order it dor me). The generic required prior auth and so Walgreens was just denying doing it.
One of the techs told me to call around to other Walgreens to see if they had the medication in stock other places. A nightmare. The second Walgreens location confirmed the Gage Walgreens NEVER sent any prior auth request before the 23rd.
Also on one occasion saw a MAJOR HIPAA violation. Saw one of the techs tell a doordash driver they did not have the prescription they were trying to pick up. So they turned the computer screen around and SHOWED the driver the names of everyone that had ready prescriptions- to prove the name the driver was picking up for was not in the system.
Wild.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Waited for the 3rd time on different days to get to the drive thru window to be told come back later because it wasn’t ready. This time it was the time it takes to process a coupon. They actually lowered the closed blinds on me while we were still speaking so they could go to lunch. Complained to corporate.

Pharmacy treats you like a number. Very rude and does not fill prescriptions on time. Used to have good service and has now gone downhill.

Awful service from Walgreens pharmacy and management. Was yelled at by pharmacy and spoke to management that didn’t mind losing my business. That will be my last time going there.

Walgreens has been prompt to fill pharmacy prescriptions and proactive in ordering refills. The shelves are well stocked and easy to navigate. The employees have always treated me courteously even when they are busy.

We're traveling and left a prescription at home. They had it in stock, and while insurance didn't cover the special refill, the pharmacy was able to find us some great discounts. Very grateful.

It’s very unfortunate that pharmacist are always out and it causes major inconveniences when you can’t get your prescription. I highly recommend choosing a different pharmacy. And that’s for majority of the Walgreens in Tri-Cities. It’s not my first time dealing with this I wouldn’t write such negative review if it wasn’t true

Zero customer service prerogative from the perspective of a provider and customer. Do business elsewhere. They don’t care about you or your experience. Shop elsewhere like Rx Pharmacy in Richland. Locally owned and operated

Had my passport photo taken here and the lady helping me was great. She made sure the photo was just right so I didn't have any issues when renewing my passport.

In the past, I have been very happy with them, but I was not happy with them at this visit. My medication was supposed to be ready 2 days before they finally got it filled. I am hoping that they get my meds filled tomorrow "On-Time" because I ran out of them last month, and that was not a good thing. I will do another review after I go there tomorrow. I'm hoping to give them a 5 * review.
