Just horrible customer service. Always takes way too long to talk to the pharmacy because there phone tree is garbage. Today I was put on hold 2 different times. They keep finding ways to look bad. And than when the phone rang again nobody answered.

I don’t appreciate waiting on hold, after I finally speak to a human I got “please hold” (again) just to be hung up on. Please address your customer service. Now I’m waiting on hold again with three more callers ahead of me. This is a pharmacy I expect better than this

Pharmacy treats you like a number. Very rude and does not fill prescriptions on time. Used to have good service and has now gone downhill.
