Employees are super helpful. This store is always clean. Love the produce section. Just wish the Oriental/International section was a bit larger. Solid selection of items. Awesome that they have everything I need at one location. Staff are friendly and don’t bother me. Employees seem pleasant. I like self serve cashier. I dont like being asked for my receipt when leaving. Maybe just block from cashier to exit so only paying customers can exit one way. They have enough cameras to not make honest people feel the distrust. This is a bad proctice and you can do better. I always leave dusgusted with Walmart when asked to prove my purchase even though I decline. Latest vist they seem low on product. The self check helper was friendly. West Richland Washington Walmart shopping carts are HORRIBLE! They are difficult to push, rusty, some of them won’t move. I have never used a decent cart at this location. Spend some money and maintain these carts so we can actually shop in your store. Target and Winco are the better options.
