I had an excellent experience at Les Schwab. They got my car in quickly to remove a bolt from my tire and did it at no cost—something I really appreciate.
Cristine was amazing. She was handling a difficult customer but still managed to check me in smoothly and professionally without missing a beat. Her attitude and efficiency confirmed my decision to switch to Les Schwab from another nearby dealer.
My only recommendation: when a screw, bolt, or nail is removed, it would be great if the team showed it to the customer. I wanted to see if the bolt came from my garage or the road.
Overall, the service was outstanding—10 out of 10. Thank you!”
“I had a nail in my tire and went to Toyota where I purchased my car. My car is a little over 1 year old. They said I'd have to replace the tire at an expense of almost $400. We have purchased many tires from Discount so decided to check their pricing. They looked at my tire, said it could be fixed, had me wait while they fixed it, and DID NOT charge me for the repair. I will continue to be a loyal customer!!! Always great service.”

“So very happy with my service today! Went in at 5:45pm to make an appointment for Saturday and the gentleman said he could get me in right then. They close at 6, so I was shocked. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and gave excellent customer service. I wish I had his name to provide. Thank you from the lady from Seattle!”
