“Charlie has worked on a couple of my old cars and I couldn’t be more pleased
Takes great care of everything and always gets the job done in a timely manner
I would recommend him to everyone”
“This will be a short review, but they made a customer for life. Had a rim that sustained damage. Walked in and within 15 seconds had a review of the rim. Easily they could have said yes to the job and made an easy bit of money on a failed repair. But instead they pointed out how the rim would most likely round back out and leak, or snap during repair and I would have wasted money either way. They were honest and put safety and care ahead of a quick walk in job. Nice to find a shop that cares”
“Went in as a new customer to my have sensors checked on tires. They found the defective one and fixed it immediately while I waited. Great group of guys working there. Would definitely go back!”
“I've always had great experiences at all Les Schwabs I've been to. From Kennewick to Prosser Wa, all employees are welcoming, polite and very professional.”

“Needed my A/C recharged ASAP. Within minutes of driving there, it was prioritized due to the heat. The car was ready within an hour. Truly a lifesaver since I was in town for a week.
Staff was so very helpful. Would recommend their services easily.”
