They were both so helpful, accommodating, efficient, and informative! I can’t say enough how big of an asset to the Woodland Fibre Federal branch they both are.”

They always ask for ID and your debit card/info every time so they know you're the one accessing the account even though they know you! I've never had my account compromised to this day either!

“WAUNA is a friendly local credit union, my home branch is Astoria, but I had to get a cashiers check while making a big purchase in Vancouver, and this Scapoose branch was the closest. Easy to find, small parking lot, I was greeted as I entered and was helped immediately. Quick, friendly and efficient. ATM available thru first door. So I appreciate having several local branches; the drawback with WAUNA in general is their poor interest rate pay and putting ridiculous stipulations on earning it - mainly requiring you to use a debit card several times each month in order to trigger interest. I mean, WHO PAYS with a debit card when you want to get those airline miles!? And its not competitive rate. So I dont keep any real money here. I did appreciate that they did not put a hold on external transfer of cash from the place I DO keep my real money to WAUNA.”

“After the long weekend and to my great embarrassment, I found myself overdrawn, which I haven't been in over 15 years with any account. After stressing out about it all weekend, I went in and was greeted by Keibin. After I explained what had happened and profusely apologized. She smiled, reassuring me that she understood, and in a couple of minutes, she helped me get back on track. I've always received excellent member care from the staff at the Salmon Creek location regardless of who I've interacted with. Thank you, Keibin, for your kindness and help this morning!”
“I have had some issues with my debt card that I received from a different branch of US bank. The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.”

“The people in this branch of KeyBank are amazing. I don’t go in there that often because I do a lot of online banking, but when I do go in there they always seem to know me by name. Very impressive. I have some unique banking issues, given that I have a brother with special needs that I help with his bills and banking. And they make my life a lot easier with their online tools, advice, and personalized service, for both me and my brother – who is served by a different Key Bank location. I highly recommend KeyBank, and especially this branch. A special thanks to Huy!”
