The team at Inroads was kind and very helpful. My only concern: the front door isn’t wheelchair accessible. It doesn’t have an automatic opener or stay open on its own, so you need someone with you to get inside. Hope they can add an accessible entrance soon!”

“I have to give serious props to Alexis and Chantal! I was in today and having a dilemma with trying to get money out of an old account in the state of Georgia. They helped me get a checking account open (so I can transfer the money), set me up for online banking, and get a debit card all within about a hour. They were both so helpful, accommodating, efficient, and informative! I can’t say enough how big of an asset to the Woodland Fibre Federal branch they both are.”

The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.”

“I have had very little problems with this bank nor any of their other branches nor their customer service over the phone! Everyone is friendly, the more you come in the more they recognize you!
They always ask for ID and your debit card/info every time so they know you're the one accessing the account even though they know you! I've never had my account compromised to this day either!
I've been banking with them since 2018! Always be precise with what you are asking for so there is no mistake! These ladies and gents working for the bank are awesome as well and by the book!”

The staff makes you feel welcome, takes their time explaining everything, and made sure I understood my options. They didn’t mind explaining each step while also answering a few questions I had. “WAUNA is a friendly local credit union, my home branch is Astoria, but I had to get a cashiers check while making a big purchase in Vancouver, and this Scapoose branch was the closest. Easy to find, small parking lot, I was greeted as I entered and was helped immediately. Quick, friendly and efficient. ATM available thru first door. So I appreciate having several local branches; the drawback with WAUNA in general is their poor interest rate pay and putting ridiculous stipulations on earning it - mainly requiring you to use a debit card several times each month in order to trigger interest. I mean, WHO PAYS with a debit card when you want to get those airline miles!? And its not competitive rate. So I dont keep any real money here. I did appreciate that they did not put a hold on external transfer of cash from the place I DO keep my real money to WAUNA.”
“A big huge shout out to Matthew I went in today because I was having some struggles with my finances and trying to get everything in order and was getting a lot of overdraft fees and it was making things more difficult. Not only did Matthew show compassion and kindness, but support supported me and getting it situated and getting the whole situation situated and then even after leaving the credit union called me back later and they were able to reverse even more fees and get my account back in order and give me an opportunity to get things caught back up. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful and grateful I am for peak credit union and for Matthew, who was just amazing and kind and so supportive thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.”
