At one point two of them were trying to help me figure out the issue, and all three of us were on the phone to different places seeking answers. While it didn't get fully resolved, they were able to use a different coupon code, and I really appreciated all their help and effort.”

“I recently started using this pharmacy after having way too many bad experiences with Walgreens locations. This pharmacy is well supplied, fully staffed, and helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Sometimes there is a wait (seems like Mondays mostly) but the line moves quickly and really appreciate the hard work these folks are doing to keep us all supplied with our needed medications. They also offer vaccinations, including the flu and COVID-19, which can be scheduled in advance online or done as a walk up.”

“I love this pharmacy. They actually seem to care about you. I fill a lot of prescriptions here and love it. I had to switch over from Safeway because they couldn't understand anything. Walmart understands, cares and asks you how you're doing. The lines never have a huge wait time and they have more than one person working which makes for a smooth check out. Sometimes, I'm a little embarrassed about the amount of meds and what meds I get and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable!!”

The store layout can be a little confusing, but the staff are always happy to point you to the right place. 10/10, esp as far as walgreens go.”

“Very helpful, kind and patient pharmacy staff here. I am grateful to be able to get my prescriptions filled here, there are only 3 or 4 places in Woodland where one can do so. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and thorough.The hard working staff do their best to fulfill all their customer's medications. Nation wide shortages by manufacturers is not their fault, please be kind and remember this. Also, it's federal law to provide a lunch break for FT staff, I'm happy the employee are able to get theirs in, even while being short staffed.”
“Fred Mayer is well organized, cheerfully light and - for the most part - had good service. I have met more than one staff member that avoids my gaze when they have other work to do, buy, again, for the most part, helpful and competent. They also have staff members that go out of their way to make sure your coupons are counted and your discounts are in place (namely, Jesse). I love that they have flowers, gardening supplies and furniture. I have shelves from there. We buy birthday toys there. They have paint, bed sheets, keys and clothes. They have Starbucks. Decent prices. Trader Joe's seems to be impacting them since it built a store nearby. It is very quiet in Fred Meyer these days. But the value holds of their diverse merchandise.”

“My kid takes specific hormones & we also take SSRI’s in family. So a few months ago something happened and it became extremely difficult to get the meds that were needed… Dawn was amazing and we just changed the medication type- ointment vs lotion & I called the DR- I was able to get the meds needed with minimal issues and it worked out fine! This is one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to and I am so grateful for the amazing service the Pharmacist gave us. Ty ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“It was near closing time for the pharmacy so I rushed back to pick up what I needed which just happened to be the sharps needed for my weekly hormone. The young lady behind the counter ask what I needed she said no problem took care of me and when I said thank you so much you've been wonderful she just beamed in central of course dear. Now this was a big deal because I am a male-to-female transgender woman and a senior, so I simply wanted to compliment the store for its inclusive feeling which I got not only from the pharmacy but also from several other ladies working there that night. “Surprised to see a lot of one star reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. They’re open late almost everyday so I can get my Rx’s after my late work days.
Daughter tested positive for strep Christmas Eve and her doctor called in her antibiotic and anti nausea meds very shortly before they were set to close. They filled it quickly so we could get her feeling better before Christmas.
Appreciate the hustle and am glad to have such a good pharmacy so nearby.”
