It's always ckean, neat, organized, constantly well stocked.
The employees are unfailingly friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, even chatty.
I enjoy shopping here.
Extra bonus ? The Hawaiian BBQ next door. Yum.β

I often get gas after they are closed, but 1/2 the time the receipt printer on the machine isn't working and there is no attendant to get a receipt from for business purposes.β
βThey are absolutely wonderful! Another pharmacy that I normally use couldn't get the medication out in a timely manner and Pacific NW had it done that same afternoon. Yes they did a rush for me and it is so appreciated. I would totally recommend them for your pharmacy needs.β

βI first used their service after shopping following an illness. I wanted an option for times I didn't feel well. Then the pandemic made it a necessity.
Now at least half my shopping is here. I appreciate that they offer lists of items I purchased before. It helps me remember everything.β

βThey're really good there The only thing that has ever been a negative is there are times where they may not want to fill certain things and may put it on the list of you don't need it anymore without ever telling you or asking you or checking with the doctor on why it's been written. That's a problem sometimes it's been a problem multiple times a lot of times actually. If the doctor writes for prednisone and then changes the script instead of checking with them or filling it sometimes they'll just put it on that list and cancel it and then not take it back off even though you need it in your file to have it filled when the time comes that you need it. It's no longer available to you you have to try to talk to the pharmacist and they may or may not remove it. Never been a few times that one of the pharmacists have been a bit too controlling for I don't even know what reason but it's usually one particular pharmacist And she's usually great the rest of the timeβ

βI've been using this pharmacy on and off since 2020-21 and I have only had good experiences. There is a line sometimes and i think its to be expected, so I'm patient. The pharmacist is always available to discuss any questions I have and he is really nice. The transferring to here from Walmart was really easy. Walmart pharmacy was so stressful for me. As soon as i transferred here everything straightened out and went smoothly. Overall I've had nothing but good experiences here.Thank you Safeway!β

βCourteous service. I usually have zero wait, but at most five minutes. So convenient. I either call in or if I drop by, they usually can fill the prescription in fifteen minutes, much shorter than the time it takes me to do the grocery shopping.
I imagine most have my experience and just havenβt written a review. Sometimes being good and consistent isnβt enough to prompt a review. I took the time to write one because I donβt think the mediocre or bad reviews reflect the overall experience here.β

βI love the convenience of the drive through, the prices are the best and the employees stick around and you get to know them they get to know you, they're helpful, i love walmart pharmacy's. Fred Meyers is across the street from me but i do not like going there even to pick up for someone else. I'm a walmart pharmacy fan especially this one. I'm so thankful they came to orchards. I used to go to 104th and their staff is friendly too. But always a long line. Now that I've become handicapped the drivethrough is a godsend. Thank you all walmart pharmacy staff.β
βHuge facility for businesses they also have restaurants inside they have a workout room for business workers that work at the facility, lots of parking all around the building employees have the opportunity to walk around the road that wraps around the building about a mile huge amount of parking lot. Lots of loading docks quiet area nice and calm. If you're a business looking for a place to go there's plenty of room and lots of options for your employees.β

βI recently started using this pharmacy after having way too many bad experiences with Walgreens locations. This pharmacy is well supplied, fully staffed, and helpful with any of my questions or concerns. Sometimes there is a wait (seems like Mondays mostly) but the line moves quickly and really appreciate the hard work these folks are doing to keep us all supplied with our needed medications. They also offer vaccinations, including the flu and COVID-19, which can be scheduled in advance online or done as a walk up.β

βI got some really cool drug deals here and I am not complaining. LOL . I was looking for a few supplements at Costco and they had been out for a few weeks now and Walgreens actually had those and there was a BOGO offer on almost everything I was looking for . I honestly thought that was a steal and if you are a reward member, even better . The Pharmacy staff is also friendly and quick and there are no long wait times , I called them to transfer an order in and the process was super smooth .They are not very well stocked for other Knick -knacks and the shelves are a little scattered around which is inconvenient but I do understand that they are also short-staffed like every other place these days . Parking is right out front and readily available most days .β

βAttempting to get Canadian passport photos. Most Walgreens aren’t able to do them correctly. However, there is a man with great hair named Jo who rocks it and me and my two brothers are deeply grateful to him. Very helpful.β

I have avoided this store as an InstaCart shopper for the last few weeks as it was just a complete *hit show in there!
For example they had rice & or rice type products in 3 different locations, how confusing is that?
Yesterday was absolutely FABULOUS & it seems as though any of the aisle shifting that they were going to do has been completed at least mainly in the grocery area.β

βThis morning i was truly suffering, at that it just so happened to be the worst kind of suffering, I was having an attack of heartburn so horrendous thoughts of death being a possible better choice than had indeed actually came to mind, I had only $2.30 and to my absolute horror upon entering Walgreens and being directed to isle 15 for antacids the cheapest travel packs of tums were 3.55, it may have well been on the moon to me, inside a part of me started panicking I thought God I'm in so much pain from this heartburn right now, there isn't much i wouldn't consider doing to alleviate it, the store manager Mitch took the time to help me locate the travel size tums and he had the integrity to assist me being a dollar and a half short to purchase the tums.
Mitch I am truly grateful for your help this morning thank you so so so darn much for saving my life quite literally! I quickly took three tums and seemingly instantaneously my agony faded into sweet relief, I very much do appreciate you for the extraordinarily high level of customer service provided today, the integrity you displayed, very few people these days seem to posess, your acumen and sympathetic discernment of my suffering and your prompt response directly remedied my condition. For that Mitch Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Have an amazing day!β

βI had a very good experience. My prescription was ready when I got there and it had only been ordered 15 minutes earlier. I found what I was looking for and some of the stuff I was looking for was buy one get one half price which was really cool because it saved me about $15. And I like the variety of stuff that Walgreens carries. The other stores don't carry like some of the personalized stuff that you can buy for gifts and what not. The store was nice and clean. Customer service was good. Pharmacist was excellent and yeah overall out of a 1 to 10 I'd give it a nineβ
βI get all my medications filled here. They are always friendly and very customer service oriented. The best part is I can get my medications mailed to me for no extra cost. Great for people that can not get out to get their medications. Always feel very strongly in the Heart Chakra while being served at this place. Keep up the great work!!!β
βMuch better than the Battleground Fred Meyer location, and a bigger selection than the hazel dell location. Worked with Jessica and she was amazing! She is super knowledgeable, opened a ton of cases for us, found things she thought we would like, and we legitimately spend several hours there and it felt like maybe 20min. Would come back here again!β

βDr. Ike is hands-down the best retail pharmacist you will ever meet. He is thoughtful, efficient, conscientious, frankly just a great guy. I am a doctor and have worked with him in the hospital setting in the past. I was sad when he left to open his own pharmacy, but now I am a patient of his and couldn't ask for a better pharmacist.
In the era of corporate medicine, this little pharmacy stands out as an example of how excellent medicine can be practiced on a small scale, focusing on the human in front of you and providing personalized service.β
