“I wasn’t expecting an auto part store to also be a hub for UPS, but there it is. These guys were so nice and helpful. They taped my box closed and taped the label on for me without telling me I needed to buy tape. I have had to do that in other places, so it was refreshing for a change to receive excellent customer service like back in the day. Keep up the most excellent work guys…???”
“I went there on the advice of a walgreens worker to help me print some papers, and not only did i LOVE how cute and cozy it is but also the price was wonderful! Looking up how much a single piece of paper is to print on google gives you all sorts of options but this exceeded my expectations completely and was so affordable. That being said, the customer service was excellent aswell. 10/10 will go again and tell all my friends.”

“I needed an extension on the 1 week I paid for because I was out of town. The girl at the front who answered said she saw my package and would put it on hold. It was registration and stickers for new RV.
I thought she was pulling my leg. Like I thought she was just saying that to appease me because they normally don't follow up on packages being there too long.
Turns out she was the person that helped me, she remembered the package and got it right away. She killed this guy's cynicism for a day. Thanks UPS store lady! :)”

“I had a last minute notarized document that needed to be sent out. I called this location and Emily was amazing and so helpful. She is a notary public and was able to notarize my document and get it sent off in the same trip. When I went into the location Emily was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, fast, thorough, and helpful. She explained everything that I had questions about (which was a LOT of questions). I will definitely be going back there for any of my mailing needs! And/or if I need a cute gift. They have so many unique and fun things for sale! I highly suggest going to this location!”

“I have dealt with the employees in person in the branch and even spoken with the "manager" on occasion to try and find missing packages that never made it to them. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Some reviews say the manager is unkind, but I have found her to be straightforward and no nonsense with a good sense of humor. I always feel like everything that could be done has been done, including tricks they have learned to move the process along.People also complain about the packages that Amazon dumps on the postal service not being delivered "according to the notes." Well, it's a government office, folks. They have regulations they need to follow that don't include leaving their vehicle (that doesn't lock) and hiking. Amazon has drop sights that you can use instead of allowing Amazon to overstretch an already crowded system.I have personally seen the mail delivered way into the dark hours. I have unstuck a postal van from the snow that knowingly didn't have chains but had to get people's packages delivered. These folks go above and beyond every day, not knowing if they deliver bills, junk mail, or life-saving perscriptions. So the next time you see your postal carrier, at least smile and wave.”
