“For being a larger bank it feels like you're in smaller credit union. Staff knows your name lol. You have a direct access to chat to your teller without needing to show up at the branch. Always good (highest quality) tea and coffee if you do show up:) They really are trying to get your business. Also, its just my opinion, I have had accounts in Bank of America, US Bank, Twinstar CU, and had experience with Chase and Wells Fargo, I choose Umpqua for many reasons.”
