“I had a perfect experience w/ T&P Auto! They quoted my repairs accurately and did not charge me a cent over my estimate. The additional required repairs have been itemized into separate quotes, allowing me to prioritize maintenance and repairs according to my preferences. The customer service was exemplary; everyone was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. They were able to get me in right away and my car was ready to go within the time frame they estimated. Most importantly, she purred the entire drive home.
Their quotes include a note stating, "Honest work for honest prices" and I'm happy to say I can vouch for that.”

I’ve been looking for awhile for a mechanic shop that won’t try to fleece you blind, I was hesitant to go to a mechanic at all until I tried these guys out, they offered a great price and they worked so fast, I was told they would likely need my truck for a day or two to diagnose and fix, not true, they found the issue fast and I got a call a few hours later it was all fixed. Crazy. I’ve been telling my friends and family since this shop is the one to go to for auto repair. “Absolutely amazing service! These guys were super friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly, gave me options, and changed my oil in literally 10 minutes. But the best part? Before I went in, my dashboard was showing two warning lights — one for low oil and one for low windshield washer fluid. I only asked for an oil change, but after I left, I noticed both lights were gone. Turns out, they topped off my washer fluid too — without saying a word, just because they cared. Such a small thing, but it made my day. I’m definitely coming back. 5 stars without a doubt!”

“I could not find a team of mechanics that would tackle lowering my 1970 gmc c20. These trucks have leaf spring instead of coils which make the task nearly impossible . Not only did Maxx auto complete the lowering of my truck. They did in such a timely manner they saved me over $800. The truck rides amazing. All of my rides go there now. I would recommend taking yours.”

The amount of positive reviews are actually minimal as they truly do deserve way more credit and praise than they are worth. We all know subarus are not easy to work on. Especially when it comes to modding.
There are shops...but there are shops that are impressive and trustworthy. Now if you see many customers with numerous subarus in the works, then you know it's a legit shop.
Working on a new model can be frustrating. I took in for a big brake kit swap and despite being difficult on my end due to certain circumstances, they were truly patient with me and worked on it to ensure I am safe to drive. To me, that is trust and worthy of being praised as word of mouth advertisement is truly important in the subaru community. I sincerely hope that we have to realize not everything will be magically fixed sometimes and I learned my lesson to prepare better on my end. But despite that, they were patient with me and worked with me instead of driving me away with half-effort work. That's respect right there!
And empathizing how tough customer service is (I work in the healthcare industry), giving patience and respect and trusting them that they are the masters of Subaru goes a long way. I hope this review can be helpful and promoting PIA to the fullest as I take automotive knowledge and skills with big respect. No place is perfect or ever will be. But effort and being patient with an anxious person like myself is truly remarkable.

“I’ve had Addiction work on my 2011 2500HD several times. They did the exhaust 4” all the way back. I get compliments on it still. Sounds great and opened it up. Last time I was there Spencer diagnosed an issue that another shop missed - for free! One time when I ran out of fuel Spencer coached me on priming my fuel system to get my truck started again on the over the phone!”

“5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!!I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.)I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.”

“Nice folks and worked with us on pricing but bring someone car savvy with you. We were able to point out a few things that they agreed to fix and did so before we picked it up. After we left and got gas, the truck needed some messing with the ignition to start, but it's an old truck (1999) so it's going to have a few things wrong, going to replace the starter and see if thst fixes it. Hoping this truck works out ok.”
