“I have witnessed a miracle at this location right after June 19th. It was closed that day so the next day the line was super long. People were INCREDIBLY rude and mean to Tom and Mark. I couldn’t believe it. Yet, Tom continued to treat everyone with respect and address them in his usual calm and respectful tone. I don’t know how he maintained his composure and professional baring. I feel really bad about the things they went through while I stood in that line and watched people asking ridiculous and condescending questions. I also feel inspired to conduct myself with unwavering composure like Tom.”

“This U.S. Post Office is conveniently located on Mountain Highway just north of O’reilly Auto Parts. Two entrances/exits make for a pretty seamless merge back into traffic heading north or south on Mountain Hwy. Friendly staff at the counter. Always willing to take your package/letter at the counter quickly if you don’t need a receipt. They’re also quick to help even if you do need more than just a simple package/letter drop off. Only thing I wish they had was a spot or bin to quickly drop a package off if you don’t need a receipt when the staff is busy. The line here does backup sometimes as there are only two checkout points at the counter, so if you have a package that won’t fit into the quick post boxes, you may have to wait for a bit to drop off a box that won’t fit into the small slots on the wall. Lobby is always clean and well maintained. Good amount of PO boxes in this location, but the availability of them is unknown to me. Overall, a nice and convenient post office for those in need!”
