About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every address, providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery. While some reviews note inconsistent experiences at a local post office, positive feedback highlights specific instances of incredible customer service. This includes a postal worker who brings packages to the porch and staff who were nice enough to help customers even near closing time. Other reviews mention team members who solved a delivery dilemma with a priority package and hand-delivered it. However, some customers report negative interactions with other workers, describing them as rude or uncommunicative. Issues with mail handling, such as shoving items into boxes or insisting customers come to the counter for legitimate mail, are noted. There are also complaints about inaccurate online hours, leading to wasted trips. The location manages a high volume of mail and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences.

A couple nice people, some rude. They need to hold packages for a couple days if delivery can't be attempted. We dont get usps mail service. We use a po box in McKenna (love them).
