Yup this place used to be bad but over the last 2 yrs it has gotten 100% better. The mail and packages arent always on time, and I have seen the girls behind the counter work very hard to satisfy the customer.

This place is worse than the DMV as far as government organizations I have to deal with. They refuse to deliver anything to my house despite the driveway being marked, they lie and say they leave slips on my door for packages they don't deliver. They even deliver me and other family member packages to each others places. We don't even live on the same street. They should air the place out except the lady that works the front desk. Especially the rude, crazy post master.
Delivering mail is your whole job, do your job.

I've always had a bad experience with this post office until recently. The blonde gal that works there and always has her hair in a pony tail brings my packages to my porch! I usually run out and thank her and try to meet her at the gate to save her some time, and honestly I'm just so grateful and amazed because this location has been horrible for years. I don't know her name but finally a decent postal worker here! Thank goodness!
Any of the other workers I've dealt with are rude, refuse to communicate about packages, they have broken things by shoving them in the mail box when they don't fit, said our driveway (paved and open space to turn around) was inaccessible. She should be running this location.

I didn’t know that the place closed at noon on saturday and I was there like 3 minutes before and the lady was nice enough to help me out and a bunch more people after me. Thanks!

Always lose packages and will turn you away if you get upset about them losing packages on a daily.

The permanent Mail man has a problem delivering packages. If there's a substitute mail person packages make to my door. The permanent Mail person leaves a slip saying tried to delivery with different excuses why they didn't. He doesn't even drive to end of driveway. In fact he has sent packages back same day he didn't try to deliver and because of that I lost a job.

They deserve negative stars. Haven't consistently delivered packages to us in 10 years. We had to get a PO Box in McKenna just so we could get our mail delivered.

I went to the Roy post office today, 20 minutes each way, to pick up a small package. Of course I never received any notification in my mailbox to let me know it was there, luckily I checked my email for tracking info. It stated I requested to have the package sent there. Not in a million years would I request that. They were just too lazy to deliver it. The woman behind the counter was so rude, and condescending, I understand why this location has a bad reputation. The package wasn’t there, and when I went back to my car, the new update said it was delivered to my garage, which is inaccessible. Turns out, the carrier threw it out her window, about 4 feet from the road. She was so lazy she couldn’t get out of her car, walked those 4 feet and place it on the other side of the fence.

So I order products from Amazon and have them shipped to my place weekly from Amazon Logistics, UPS,Fed EX, Every time Amazon sets up a delivery through USPS, out of the Roy post office. They either send it to the wrong address or they say it’s undeliverable to my address, I called Amazon and requested them not to deliver my stuff through USPS ever again.

The delivery driver is rude, bends envelopes, and refuses to deliver mail other than small letters holding it at the post office without notice.

Horrible post office and awful staff. Sad for a small town...... So I had another run-in... these worthless self entitled employees are really difficult to deal with, so I went somewhere else again and guess what they took care of me no problems or questions asked. It's weird that 1 post office will take my $$ and 1 will cause nothing but problems.... anyhow save yourself a headache and use a different one. Just my 2 cents
