I had mold, all over my interior, Dominique (I think that’s how it’s spelt.) him and his crew did a phenomenal job, all the mold gone, the smell was like I just got it out the lot brand new, he made it cleaner than the day I got it. Genuinely, when you get your car back every sense the body has, sight, smell, feel, shit you could even taste the smell and dedication they put into working on your car. Everytime I have gone they are always super transparent and clear. I use to exclusively go to the dealership for my oil changes and decided to try here becausebof the 25% off. I do not regret it. They nuch faster. I have nothing but good things to say.”
“This place let me in without an appt, worked fast and thoroughly and did extras for my needs. I now have a sweet smelling car again. No more vomit! My backseat had to be unbolted etc. They are one fantastic team who bend over backwards to please and deliver an A-1 clean. I can now tolerate being in my car all day again. I could never have reached all the stinky mess on my own. Grateful thanks!!!

Too often while filling up, your ears are assaulted by all the inconsiderate punks, between their loudass systems rattling everything nearby, or them peeling out of the parking lot with their noisyass oversized tailpipes. Try to go during "off hours" to avoid dealing with the riffraff.”
“Chris is the most stand up guy I’ve ever met, look no further. My car was so clean it looked like I just drove it off the lot!
Wheels were practically brand new but I got them for a steal.

They had fresh, clean towels available for wiping down dust and finishing touches, which made a big difference in how my car looked afterward. Brandon W. was beyond outstanding and helpful, he even fitted my license plate with a metal sleeve/holder so that it won’t bend in the future- free of charge. “The register screen/machine was super slow but there was an employee standing there trying to help. Then once we got in the machine it stopped working when it was almost to the end leaving us trapped inside. I called the number for that location and they turned it back on but since my car was still covered with soap I drove back around and the employee let me drive back through so that I could get my car fully cleaned and rinsed. None of this was their fault all just mechanical failures that I have never experienced before.”
“Nice location and I found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Which was much appreciated because I've never been to a Brown Bear so I wasn't familiar with the process and they made me feel welcome and taken care of. I loved that the vacuums were free. I wasn't really impressed with the job the car wash machinery did - particularly for the cost. Lots of areas on the car body not washed very well.”

I don't know if they offer towel drying, but maybe I should bring my own, as the air dryers aren't that great. However, for $19 I am not gonna complain. Great location.”

“Employees were all very polite and engaging. I purchased the mini-detail and a scratch repair. They were short handed so it took a little longer than expected. After they thought they were finished, I had to remind them that I also had a scratch repair. They quickly took care of that. On arrival at home, I noticed that there was still some dirt in the corners of the wheels. It took less than 5 minutes to run a rag across all the corners to clean them up. Granted, I'm sure my parents had not had a hand wash on this car in years so the insides of the wheels were very dirty. Overall I was happy with their service.”
“This is the second time I’ve taken my car here for a wash and I always feel so well cared for by William. He truly cares about making sure you’re comfortable and making sure your car has the best clean job possible! It’s honestly one of the best affordable interior washes I’ve had on my car and I have gone to a handful of places being from LA. It seriously feels like my car has been detailed for a fraction of the cost. This is the only car wash in the Tacoma area I know of that provides interior clean service so I’m really grateful for that. If you care about a good interior clean wash go find William he’s your guy!”

Today I had an issue with the vacuum. I looked at the phone number on the machine— frankly I almost didn’t call because I assumed it would go to some non working number. At best I could leave a message …
To my pleasant surprise a human answered the phone. And was able to remedy the problem instantly. Nice when cynical expectations are proven wrong.
