From the moment I arrived, he was patient, non-judgmental, and incredibly accommodating to what my car was working with. There was zero awkwardness about the state it was in. Just professionalism and a clear focus on getting it back to life.
When I picked it up, I genuinely felt like I was driving a completely different vehicle. The car looks so new that it feels like it just rolled off the lot again.
Beyond the results, Dominique’s customer service was top-tier. He took his time, paid attention to details, and clearly takes pride in his work.
I will absolutely recommend and will be coming back though I’m now highly motivated to try to keep my car in the same condition he returned it in… for at least a little while. 😅

“Best-priced gas pretty much anywhere, but unfortunately they have some of the ghettoest customers. Too often while filling up, your ears are assaulted by all the inconsiderate punks, between their loudass systems rattling everything nearby, or them peeling out of the parking lot with their noisyass oversized tailpipes. Try to go during "off hours" to avoid dealing with the riffraff.”
“Chris is the most stand up guy I’ve ever met, look no further. My car was so clean it looked like I just drove it off the lot!
Wheels were practically brand new but I got them for a steal.
I couldn’t recommend any detailing/tire shop enough. These guys are the real deal”

“I had truly exceptional customer service at this car wash. Brandon W. was beyond outstanding and helpful, he even fitted my license plate with a metal sleeve/holder so that it won’t bend in the future- free of charge. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and Brandon W. was absolutely exceptional.
Also, Markell operating the register was so warm and has the best energy. Great vibes.

“This is the second time I’ve taken my car here for a wash and I always feel so well cared for by William. He truly cares about making sure you’re comfortable and making sure your car has the best clean job possible! It’s honestly one of the best affordable interior washes I’ve had on my car and I have gone to a handful of places being from LA. It seriously feels like my car has been detailed for a fraction of the cost. This is the only car wash in the Tacoma area I know of that provides interior clean service so I’m really grateful for that. If you care about a good interior clean wash go find William he’s your guy!”
