We came in while celebrating my mom’s birthday, and Pamela truly made it special. She was so sociable, kind, and thoughtful throughout our visit. What meant the most was that she was able to speak my mom’s native language and wished her a happy birthday in it, it was such a meaningful and personal touch that we’ll never forget.
Pamela also took the time to connect with us, asking about our animals at home and even offering thoughtful food suggestions for them. Her warmth and genuine care really stood out.

“Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide on what product to get for my dog that was having some inflammation in his joints and hips. I ended up getting two different brands of a liquid hip and joint supplement and it significantly changed the way my dog moved. It was very obvious that the product worked to improve the inflammation and the pain and the connective tissue issues he was having before taking this product. He didn't limp anymore and he didn't stretch his neck or sit in a weird position and his eyes looked clearer and he just had this swag about him that complimented his whole body. His energy and overall pain free self really helped him have a better quality of life. I also purchased a cold weather coat for my older dog and the quality was excellent and she wore it every day she spent any time outside in the winter months. I didn't feel sad or bad anymore when I looked out the window and saw her enjoying the time she spent outdoors again. I will shop here and recommend the store and the employees to others that are looking for a quality pet store that offers quality products and knowledgeable staff that are also friendly and so help full when you need to make sure your pet that is a part of your family is living there best life possible. “This store is amazing!! I went in for the first time on NYE. They were supposed to be closed but the owner was in working on the computer and let us in for a little shopping.
The ladies working handed out some fruit snacks and offered us water while we shopped. I’d brought in my kids so they were happy about that.
First thing I noticed was the variety of products they carry, as well as the free cat food samples in the front. As a cat owner, it’s disappointing to walk into a pet store and see tons of dog products with few cat products which is most stores.
This is very different. There are tons of cat products and of course FD treats for both cats and dogs. I found things in the Vital Essentials raw bar that I can’t find anywhere else! We were able to find duck hearts and frog legs along with chicken and tirkey necks. Whole quails. Duck heads. All sorts of fun treats! The food they offer is great too. All sorts of wet foods that I can no longer find in other stores. They carry N&D wild boar, my kitties’s fave protein.
Other honorable mentions include: kidney powder, CBD treats, blue mussels, YEOWWW toys, etc.
I’m 100% going to shop here and support this establishment instead of unethical places like Petsmart/Petco. It may be a bit pricey but the variety they offer is incredible and their really nice!
For the New Year they also gave us a free peacock feather!”

“My dog and I absolutely love Mudbay! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Anytime I have a question or need a recommendation I know I can just call or pop into the store for help. Their employee, Kucera, always greets pets by name, which makes every visit feel so special. They’ve gone above and beyond for us by suggesting great options, checking inventory, and even calling another store just to ensure I could get the exact dog food I needed. I highly recommend coming here over any other pet store!”
“This Mud Bay location is one of my favorites. I try to come in every Thursday morning when I have time. I know 3 or 4 of the employees really well, I am always greeted at the door with a warm welcome in, always asked if there is anything they can do to help - they always answer my questions to the best of their ability and if they are unsure of any answers or don't have a product in stock, they always offer to check other stores. If I think a product has gone up in price they never have an issue searching what I paid for the product last time. Mud Bay in general is the only pet store I shop at. I moved to Mill Creek so I go to that location often now but Bellevue is my favorite location so I try to stop in when I am in town & have the time. Thank you Mud Bay for being so kind, helpful and through.”
“support this local cooperative!! it is embedded and truly supportive in the greater issaquah community, with high quality products and fair pricing, (not dirt cheap for trashy products like the big box stores). We own a landscaping business and still buy plants here in addition to wholesale because of the quality, regionally curated choices and again, fair pricing in light of this. Dividends for coop members, ethanol free fuel, propane refills, ability to special order just about anything, and great clothes and bulletin board are other perks.”
“Good Karma has been an amazing experience thus far. I have taken my pup 3 times. Each time the staff is super communicative, calls with any issues. During my 2nd appt i received a call letting me know my pup had a tick and asked if i wanted them to remove it which was amazing because of course i didn't want to do it! The owner is super responsive via text and timely. Overall, super happy with the customer service as well as the grooming. i will continue to bring my doggie to Good Karma.”
“I don't know what kind of cat nip yall grow in Washington, but my down home country Midwestern cats LOVE IT.
I got the toy as a gift from someone who lives there, and the kitties are wild for the toy. I have to put it away where they can't reach, because if I don't I'm afraid they'd turn into hard-core cat nip users

“So thankful to have discovered this dog food and Shelly! For more than 10 years we struggled to find a food that our Shih Tzu wasn't allergic to and that she would eat without hesitation. In the past she would go days without out eating and give herself ulcers. We've been feeding her the Ultra Limited Ingredient for at least 2 years now and haven't had a single issue with our pup since. She smells better (this is saying A LOT!!), hasn't had an ulcer the entire time and she loves her food.”
