“I met the owners, lovely people, at the wine country dog show in Napa, CA. They were so sweet and were offering free samples to try. I was busy and managed to snag a few samples to give to my waiting pups. They loved them so much I had to go back a grab some before ring time. While I was there the nice gentleman told me about how he makes all the treats and goodies himself and encouraged me to try a piece myself. WOW! No wonder my dogs went crazy. They truly are single ingredient treats that actually taste good and have no additives. So I bought more, and even came back to get more a 2nd time. Before I left on the last day of the dog show I made sure to get another bag to go. The best part is that they have an online store! I will be getting more very soon. Best pocket bait and my dogs can't get enough of all of it. Their favorites are the chicken breast, pork loin, beef heart, bait buttons, and the fishes!”

“Friendly service and nice vibe but for sure, pricier than most places I go. As a snake and gecko breeder, I'm usually spending $110 a week at my usual place. The same items were almost $200 here. But I had no choice, so I made the exception. Thry hsve amazing fish though and this is my biggest reason for being there. Overall if you need something in a pinch it's a good place to go but there's other places for better savings.”

“Great store, really kind and knowledgeable staff. I came in looking for some calming aides for my elderly dog. The staff was so helpful and caring. They even gave me some fresh pet food samples for my dog. He loves them! They went as far as suggesting supplements and items they don’t even carry. They just truly care. “A wonderful shop that is near our home. Super convenient, full of great items for all sorts of pets, the owner (and her cute Corgi) are SO friendly and helpful. We took our Boston Terrier here for a little "spa day" and couldn't be happier. They did such a fantastic job, even using an allergy-shampoo (since she has lots of enviromental allergies). They also trimmed her nails and brushed her teeth. We'll definitely be bringing her back for regular grooming.Support local and give this great little pet store your business.”

“We love Mud Bay and so does our 115 lb. dog, Cassie! Everyone is super friendly and gives Cassie lots of attention and love when she comes into the store. This week ANNA went above and beyond - Cassie's car harness was not fitting correctly and we were afraid of what would happen if we were in an accident. Anna helped us fit it correctly onto Cassie's chest, then cinched up the straps so it was very solid and protective - SO much different from how we had been putting it on Cassie. Finally, we feel Cassie is safe. Everyone in the store is special but ANNA is a ROCK STAR!! Cecelia”

“Truly the best saltwater fish and coral store in Seattle. Always clean, always helpful, always well stocked. While the other popular saltwater fish stores in Seattle do not actually quarantine their fish, Saltwater City does. Hands down the sign of a really quality fish store. The store is also always clean. Another really brilliant sign. Their recommendations are always super spot on, brilliant, kind, and humble, like a really good friend who also happens to know so much about reef tanks. They never act rushed or make you feel like they are in a rush, even when the store is busy and they are helping multiple customers at a time. And when they don't have the answer to your questions they have a store culture of quickly and kindly letting you know that they don't know very much about that question, but also humbly letting you know where might know more about that topic. Lot's of saltwater reef stores I walk into have a culture that feels a little like a superiority contest or d**k measuring contest. Not this store. They truly treat you like an equal and a teammate even if you are a beginner. Saltwater City and their staff are definitely some of the best, kindest, and most helpful teammates you could have in this hobby in Seattle. Sierra and Tyler are always incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond. The PNW is lucky to have this store.”

You have no idea how much that means to us - to have a safe public space where we can just hang out and do our thing without worry.I live in the area and often pass the store during daily walks with my nervous pup. We’ve been going in on and off to practice just being in public spaces, around people etc. And because she’s nervous and easily startled, I always have to ask the staff to leave us alone. And they always do - and always so kindly.Today, we were there again and there was a couple who came in with their dog. Because they were standing between us and the exit, we couldn’t leave (my dog is also dog reactive). When one of the staff realized what was happening, she immediately took a treat and led the other dog and it’s owners to another section of the store, clearing the way so that we could leave safely. I didn’t have a chance to say it, but I was very touched and very grateful that she was so thoughtful and kindly respected our needs even though we’re not in the “regular, friendly, easy dog” category.Having a sensitive, reactive dog that struggles in so many situations that others take for granted can be difficult - especially when we’re in public. And it means a lot to us that there are people like the Eastside team whose little, everyday acts of kindness make us feel seen and supported. We’re so happy to have you be a part of our neighborhood community and are truly grateful for everything you do.❤️”

“Pet Supplies Plus is such a great addition to the Factoria Mall and Bellevue area. We discovered this pet store after visiting next door's Amazon Fresh and have been coming here for pet supplies ever since. It's always a great stop for the fur baby, with friendly staff and items we need. Pet Supplies Plus has a good selection of items, with a large variety of different, quality dog food, with a treat display case and an area where you can select your own bones, raw hides, etc. For what you're looking for in terms of pet care and toys, they have the essentials, and always have seasonal items. In addition to goods, they also have a bathing station where you can bathe your own dog or pay for grooming services with the staff. You can also easily book services online and start your own account to track rewards, etc. I've used the bathing station, and they give you two towels and allow you to bathe your dog for 30 minutes, with choice of shampoo and a dryer to use. I'm glad there's a Pet Supplies Plus in the area for my fur baby.”

She liked them very much. She asked where I got them from so she can probably get more! They were reasonably priced. The employee working there was very knowledgeable and kind.
