“Great service and convenient location when we’re running errands. We often order online for pick up and I guess they don’t include free samples when you do that, which is fine but caught me by surprise since others locations do provide samples for pick up orders.”

“We love Mud Bay and so does our 115 lb. dog, Cassie! Everyone is super friendly and gives Cassie lots of attention and love when she comes into the store. This week ANNA went above and beyond - Cassie's car harness was not fitting correctly and we were afraid of what would happen if we were in an accident. Anna helped us fit it correctly onto Cassie's chest, then cinched up the straps so it was very solid and protective - SO much different from how we had been putting it on Cassie. Finally, we feel Cassie is safe. Everyone in the store is special but ANNA is a ROCK STAR!! Cecelia”

“Eastside D&C has some of the kindest, most thoughtful pet store staff I’ve ever met. And I’m so grateful and want to say thank you for every kind word and every kind gesture that you have shown us (and there have been many).Thank you for being so warm and welcoming, for always saying hi to anyone who comes in. Thank you for always offering my dog a treat and for always being so gracious about giving us the space we need when we ask. Thank you, thank you. You have no idea how much that means to us - to have a safe public space where we can just hang out and do our thing without worry.I live in the area and often pass the store during daily walks with my nervous pup. We’ve been going in on and off to practice just being in public spaces, around people etc. And because she’s nervous and easily startled, I always have to ask the staff to leave us alone. And they always do - and always so kindly.Today, we were there again and there was a couple who came in with their dog. Because they were standing between us and the exit, we couldn’t leave (my dog is also dog reactive). When one of the staff realized what was happening, she immediately took a treat and led the other dog and it’s owners to another section of the store, clearing the way so that we could leave safely. I didn’t have a chance to say it, but I was very touched and very grateful that she was so thoughtful and kindly respected our needs even though we’re not in the “regular, friendly, easy dog” category.Having a sensitive, reactive dog that struggles in so many situations that others take for granted can be difficult - especially when we’re in public. And it means a lot to us that there are people like the Eastside team whose little, everyday acts of kindness make us feel seen and supported. We’re so happy to have you be a part of our neighborhood community and are truly grateful for everything you do.❤️”

“Locally owned and operated pet food store with 3 locations. This location (Redmond Ridge) offers grooming, self-wash, their own bakery for dog treats and cakes, and high quality pet foods/treats/toys/supplements. They really do take pet food back if your pet doesn't like it so you never have to worry about spending money on something your cat or dog won't eat.”

“So thankful to have discovered this dog food and Shelly! For more than 10 years we struggled to find a food that our Shih Tzu wasn't allergic to and that she would eat without hesitation. In the past she would go days without out eating and give herself ulcers. We've been feeding her the Ultra Limited Ingredient for at least 2 years now and haven't had a single issue with our pup since. She smells better (this is saying A LOT!!), hasn't had an ulcer the entire time and she loves her food.”

“Took our Golden to Traci's since our regular groomer wasn't able to groom our Golden. I was very happy with the service and results when I picked him up. He was very clean, smelled really nice, nails were clipped, and his coat was so smooth after they brushed and removed a lot of his undercoat. Eva the groomer thoroughly explained what will be done prior to the service and how long it would take. It did take about 3 hours, she said may be up to 4. Our Goldie was very happy when I went to pick him up. The owner Felicia was also there and she was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgable about dogs. I highly recommend Traci's if you're looking for a groomer for your pet dog or cat. Just be aware it may take longer, but the quality is absolutely the best.”
