“Booked a cargo van here and picked up before hour using the instructions they provided on their website. It went well. Only the part of opening the key box was a little glitchy. Maybe they need to lubricant the lock a little more. But other than that, it was a good experience. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. I don’t understand why there were so many negative reviews. This is a convenient location to our home. We have rented truck here twice. Will still be our go to place for truck needs.”

“I’ve had two very different experiences with U-Haul pick-up locations. At Redmond Ridge Self Storage, store manager Alexcia was phenomenal—so helpful and kind. Moving is always stressful, but having someone like her truly brightens the day and makes everything so much easier. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. In contrast, my experience at Red Way Self Storage was the complete opposite. The staff member there was unhelpful, rude, and dismissed my questions by saying he didn’t even work for U-Haul. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to use U-Haul for my interstate move, but I’m reconsidering just because of Alexcia at Redmond Ridge!”

“A big plus on this location is that despite the lack of many vehicles, the only people that seem to rent from there are the ones that have storage there, so vehicles are always available, unlike the U-Haul facility that is about one mile to the west.”
“Fast and easy, rented a 10 footer yesterday. The guy at the front desk was helpful and nice. There was a slightly billing error tho that added the insurance when i specifically refused it on the website. An call to Uhaul made that extra charge disappear in no time, overall pretty pleasant experience. would use again”
“Took my work truck in for service. Called a head, brought it in, told them the problem. They immediately came out and fixed it within 20 minutes. Excellent service.”
“Overall, it had a good experience and it was pretty easy. I booked online and a couple hours later went and picked it up. It’s only took about five minutes. One downside is that they don’t have any parking space at this location and you have to park across the street, not really a big deal but that is how it is. Be prepared to park your car across the street at Starbucks. Another thing was that the customer service is not the best and the guy that was checking me out, behaved, as if though I am asking him for a personal favor. My friend, you are working here and that is your job. We were the main concern is that how expensive it is! How can you charge someone $1.59 per mile, that is ridiculous. Those are the old trucks and charging people dollar 59 per mile is just not fair. That’s about a rate what UBER cost to transport people in their own car. Other than that, everything went nice and smooth.”

“They were very helpful when my 15’ U-haul got stolen from my apartment garage the front desk lady was very nice and when u-haul sent me a 1000$ bill for damages after the truck was recovered her and her manager were very helpful and actually gave me a full refund for everything. Would recommend”
“Returned truck and trailer here. You have to park in a certain area near tool rentals and the tool rental people tell you where to park. After that pretty quick and easy process. Recommend.”

“I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. I have been very happy with the service I have received being a prior client and using their establishment also to rent U-Haul trucks from time to time.
