“I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. I have been very happy with the service I have received being a prior client and using their establishment also to rent U-Haul trucks from time to time. If you’re looking to declutter during the holiday times reach out to Denise Or Ben!”
“John Michael took care of me today and helped me reduce my monthly fee by 75%. He also helped me in figuring out how to transfer from one unit to another. He went above and beyond to provide me with all the info I needed.”
“After looking at all the reviews online, we chose this location due to the high reviews. Rather than call, we stopped in, I met with them specifically Ben.
He was excellent at walking us through the process, walking us through a couple of these storage units, talking through some of the special promos they had going on.
It was a no-brainer to get things going with this company. Which we did and we are very happy with our Choice.”

“I highly recommend Sherlock Self Storage in Duvall. Alex was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When I needed to downsize from a larger unit to a smaller one, he made the change quick and hassle-free. Later, after I shipped my belongings, cancelling the unit was just as easy, and I received a refund for the unused days remaining in the billing period. I truly appreciated the excellent and honest customer service and would gladly use them again.”

“The main reasons I choose this company for my recent move was: 1. Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. 2: Good recent review 3: A two, vs three, hour minimum.
The lead of the team was obviously experienced and using good judgement throughout. Both movers were pleasant, polite, and efficient.
They met my expectations 100%. Definitely would use them again and recommend their services to others.”

“Honestly I have had bad experiences with Public Storage in the past, but Blake is single handedly the reason I will come back to this location. He honestly gave me the best customer service experience I ever had. The company may have some questionable policies but Blake did everything in his power to help me and I greatly appreciate him for it.”

“We started using them when we moved to the area in 2018. The building has always been incredibly well looked after and clean. We never had to worry about our things in storage.
That would've gotten a four star review - they were great and better than anything else we've used. But they got five stars because of how they went way beyond over the last few months.
We decided to move and needed to store our things before it got loaded. Ariel did everything to make this the easiest and most efficient move possible. Getting the units, dropping the units we didn't need, help getting a truck, loading and offloading by the movers etc - every single time the team made it as smooth as you can imagine. And ALWAYS with a smile. Not just brilliant professionals but great humans too.”

“I rented a unit here for my son several times while he was at college. I always found the rates to be good, the place always was secure, access was easy, and the people were good to work with. We were emptying the unit out after his graduation and they worked with us to prorate the fees so we weren't paying for days we didn't use even though our moving dates were after deadlines for the month. I really appreciated that. Would rent here again.”
“I would like to give a shout out to Scott M. -- we were having an issue with some kind of alarm in our building and he was SO prompt, friendly and helpful with resolving the issue. Truly great service.”
