“My 3 dogs and 1 cat all go to this clinic - I’ve been going to this clinic for about 10 years because they are wonderful! I have always been very happy with their veterinary services whether on an emergency basis or a routine checkup and procedure. The doctors are always knowledgeable and willing to look things up and report back, the vet techs are thoughtful and courteous, and the administrative team are knowledge about how things work when it comes time to schedule future appts, when to schedule what, etc. and they always get back to me right away when I email them, etc. dogs range from 7 lbs to 160 lbs and my cat is a naked Lykoi cat - so I’ve seen the clinic’s support for a few different kinds of patients and I’ve been happy with their approach on preventative care and treatments. I have also seen them ask for feedback so it’s great that they are proactive about learning how they can improve. A few years back I responded to a survey - I gave feedback in connection with the administrative support team. The Doctor who is the managing partner of the clinic called me right away and listened to my perspective. I have not had any repeat issues since. They also now offer a certain level of emergency services which is great because it is close to our house. I wrote this review 3 years ago and thought I posted it but I must have forgot to click “post” - I’m still happy with their services :)”

“We had a great visit! The vet, Dr. Lozano, the techs, and the front desk staff were all friendly, professional, helpful, and clear. The facilities were clean, and most importantly, Martey came back from getting bloodwork happy as a clam. They were upfront about cost before any tests or vaccinations, so there were no surprises. Test results and comprehensive guidance were offered shortly after the visit via email. We'll gladly continue Martey's care here and will confidently recommend the practice.”

“My dog was experiencing recurrent ear infections and the vet I was using just kept trying different antibiotic treatments. This lasted about 2 months. I decided to give Alpine a try thinking that my existing vet was missing something. It turned out that she had a complete ear canal blockage from a polyp. Dr Bowman diagnosed the problem. I had to go to a vet dermatologist to get it removed. that has resolved the problem. Dr Bowman and the rest of the team are great and I recommend them highly!”

They not only heard but validated my worries and fears over my senior aging dog. Within 2 minutes had already nicknamed her (her exact nickname I might add!) But they hand picked the perfect exact provider to treat my dog's chronic illnesses but also customize her care to fit my desire for palliative care. Her first appt went amazing and Im blown away by the care and empathy. Such a difference from my previous Internal Med clinic. We matter here!”

“Dr. Friedman and staff took wonderful care of my sick girl, Trixie! What a comforting environment for my dog too. She wasn’t as stressed as she has been at other vets. The vibe is good here. “Dr. Mangan has always been patient and loving with my dogs. She was wonderful when my boy Tofu came in urgently and was by our side when we made the decision to put him to sleep. Fast forward we were given Lunchbox a Cattle Dog Mix with some behavioral issues so I was a little nervous bringing him to the vet and again Dr. Mangan was incredibly patient with him and even became friends with our new boy!”

“I’ve been going to Crossroads Vet for almost two years now with both of my dogs, and I can honestly say this is the best veterinary clinic we’ve ever been to. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and professional. They genuinely care about my dogs and always make us feel welcome. What I love most is that my dogs are actually happy to come here! They don’t have that fear or anxiety around the vet that they’ve had at other clinics. They’re excited to see the staff, which means so much to me and makes me feel like I’ve made the right choice for their care. I also really appreciate how thorough the exams are. They carefully check everything, including every joint, and take the time to explain what they’re checking, what they notice, and answer all of my questions. They show me and explain everything clearly, which helps me understand my dogs’ health and feel confident in their care. “Everyone there from the incoming receptionist to the helper getting us set up in the exam room to the Veterinarian were all professional and personally kind and considerate to our cat Wendy but to me as well. They all answered any and all questions I had and were very kind and considerate to Wendy while examining and treating her with her yearly vaccines. They gave her a good check over leaving my mind at ease knowing she was in good physical shape and answered any questions I had about her health and care. I give everyone there a 10 out of 10 for their kind and professional care. I am attaching a photo I showed the staff that I made up of Wendy in Outer Space.
