“I mean it was fine. The only thing I can really say is that the section for kids was small, But I loved how much active wear there is. I loved the organization. There were a few parts of the store which were a tiny bit messy. It was nothing too special. But it was quite nice.

My mom has Alzheimers and we love places like this to spend time in together. The 2 ladies running the shop were fun to chat and laugh with. “Awesome owner and instructors. Great class options and times offered for every schedule. One notable thing that is very important is that corrections are made in every class. Not a lot of fitness studios do this and its important for getting proper technique and avoiding injury. You can also be shown modifications if you are nursing an injury, are pregnant, or at a different level. Get in there...its addicting and so good for you. Everyone in the community is very welcoming!!!”

“I have gained some weight, so I had a little bit of spare time and decided to walk in to look at their line of clothing. They carry a higher quality clothing line, but, unfortunately for me, nothing fit me quite right nor did it look good on me. My body is very difficult to fit. The sales woman, Selen, was absolutely wonderful! She was very helpful and upon checkout told me that I can actually call and schedule an appointment to have them assist me in locating clothing with the proper size, style, color and fit. Definitely worth the visit.”
