“I was in a jam and needed some shirts for my because he had lost weight and had none. We had 5 days to order and get the shirts to my house before our trip Marina and I think Jeanna helped me all the shirts had to be ordered and one came from Hawaii. I was in a real hurry, and one of the ladies working there immediately stepped in to help me. She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and made the entire shopping experience smooth from the moment I walked in. Another colleague also joined in to assist, and together they helped me find exactly what I needed in what felt like no time. When I got to the checkout, I joked with the other lady, (I was quicker than Flash!) because it had taken me less than 15 minutes to pick out so many clothes. We even had a brief, friendly chat before I was on my way.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and teamwork they showed. My only regret is that I didn’t get their names so I could recognize them personally—especially the first lady who immediately took the initiative to help me.
Thank you both for making a rushed shopping trip such a pleasant experience. You are a great representation of Buckle’s customer service.

“Loft has always been one of my favorite stores, but I’ve noticed that their recent collections don’t quite match the variety and appeal they had a few years ago.
The staff here are friendly and kind, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. However, I do wish they carried more of the diverse options available in their online collection.
That said, I absolutely love their summer pieces—they’re always a highlight! Definitely recommend checking this place out!”

“We were looking for specific items today. We were trying to find seattle mariner's gear to where do the game this weekend. Usually, there's a big section. However, this time we did not find much at all. We found two shirts, neither one of them was the right size.
We found a few other things and paid for them and headed to Target.
Staff here seemed pretty friendly and the lines were not too long. Three registers were open, but only two people working them. Only about a two minute wait in line, though.”

“Nice selection and friendly staff. If the item you want is not in the store, they can order it for you and show you different colors. I like to be able to try things on and know how the sizes work, even if they don’t have it in the store at the time.
Staff is great and tells you how different things run in sizing and other items that may better fit you based on your body type.
The store is clean and spacious so you can see the items they have in store. The dressing rooms are clean and large enough to change and hang up what you were wearing. I especially like how the curtains have magnets and adhere to the wall of the dressing room so there aren’t gaps in the curtain, for privacy.
The clothing items are well made. They carry their own items as well as other companies clothing and all are quality made.
I have always found partaking within a block of the store. I like that I can order things online and return to the store without being lectured. I live in Tacoma so getting to Bellevue takes planning for me around work and busy traffic hours.”

“Chenoa was very helpful and understanding my difficult situation that the headquarters said they couldn't help me. I purchased a shirt with a birthday gift card visa-- and when I came to do an exchange. Employee returned it back to that visa that I no longer had. Long story short, I never got my money back until I went in store. Chenoa believed me when I told her all I wanted was an exchange and that I never got my money returned. I'm happy that I was able to get my money back on a Free People gift card.”

“Ordered 2 suits and 2 shirts. They allowed customization of every detail of the suits and shirts. Took about 4 weeks for them to be ready. Went in for a fitting and everything fit perfectly. The materials offered are premium, the service outstanding. I even inquired about home visits, which they will do, even to Gig Harbor. Wonderful place, will be ordering more suits from there.”
