“I’ve been attending our annual family camp here since 2018 and I cannot speak enough about the good times had here. While I’ve enjoyed summer visits at camp, I’ve also had the pleasure of staying here throughout all the seasons and I must say that I cannot decide which is my favorite.

Summer brings outdoor activities, swimming in the lagoon, beautiful sunsets over the Olympics, and BBQs on the beach. While winter brings cozy fires in the Inn, stillness not often felt this close to Seattle, and just fresh rainfall that reawakens and rejuvenates you.

This center is perfect for groups, large and small. Food is great, the staff is amazing, and there are multiple levels of accommodations to choose from. Some are more comfortable than others but most have private bathrooms and comfortable beds.

This is what they meant when they coined the saying, “Come as a stranger, leave as a friend.””

“So fun! At first I was worried I couldn't pass the swim test, or if I did they wouldn't let me swim very far, but even the easiest one will let you go very far into the pool! Plus, I forgot goggles once but I asked a pool lifeguard and they showed me a small bin of goggles that you could get goggles from (although they were dusty and most of them were broken).”

“I love this place, my wife and I would go here almost every week looking for a cat or dog. The staff is very friendly and informative. A few days ago, we found our fur baby, Jinx! He was in the shy room and i really appreciated the staff being open about his reason for surrender, they told us that he was having issues with his litter box in with his previous owners which is something that would stir many people away of course for valid reasons but that didn’t stop us from falling in love with him! I know that the staff there really treated him so well and was so patient with him. We took him home the next day and since then, he has been the best, loving, playful kitty ever and he has been using his litter box everyday!! I know that with the staff patience in him, is the reason why he is so purrfect!! All the pets there are treated with that same love and patience as well. This is the place where you will find your next doggy or kitty!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet! they also gift you the food they are currently eating and with some treats! Thank you to the great staff of Kitsap Humane society!!!”

“Super nice, we stopped in to use the restrooms and grab a map, and got the whole community building tour, and a very helpful explanation of the local waterfall hike.”

“Since moving to the Penninsula, I've felt more at home after donating blood and platelets to this Bloodworks NW location after every visit. The crew here is extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. My afternoon platelets donation today ended early due to my feeling lightheadedness and faint. In a blink of an eye every member of the staff available was quick and attentive to my needs to safely bring me back to good as new. In the fogginess of my mind, I could tell this team worked and communicated extremely well. I'm very thankful for how much care they took in helping me, and I sincerely appreciate the knowledgable, precise, and easy to follow details I needed as I continued by recovery. I will absolutely be back for my blood donation in a few weeks and any recurring after. Thanks!”

“Very helpful and cheerful too, had six large roll around garbage can sized containers over two trips handled quickly and efficiently. They were able to shred papers, hard drives and digital media of all types. Be sure to separate the products to make everyone's life easier. Good people.”
