My uncle rented a 15 passenger van got confirmation this morning from Alamo flew from Idaho went to front desk and agreement to pick up a car went down stairs to pick up the van and they rejected it without explanation please stay away they will screw you over and will ruin your plans.

Got the confirmation in hand for passenger van and was rejected at arrival my confirmation they didn’t care about me at all just told me they won’t give me any cars even I was ok to pay upgrade for any other carManagement is horrible don’t rent ever from this placeVery upset management

We booked a van from Alamo and flew into Seattle with a confirmed reservation. We got to the desk and everything was smooth and we got our paperwork. Once we came down to get the Van the managers Brianna and Rudy came down and said that we shouldn’t have been able to book the van and it was a mistake on the online platform. We asked for something else since we are now without a car and she said “sorry, there is no other cars”. Now we are stuck without a car and it is all Alamos fault. We book cars on a weekly basis for business trips and I will never be booking through Alamo again. If they don’t care about leaving their customers stranded then no one should be booking through them. Save yourself a lot of headache and choose another rental car company!

After being denied by almost every rental agency in the building,my only hope for getting home was Alamo. I was denied a rental car, because I brought the wrong credit card, and no agent would accept the card and wouldn’t take cash. I had nearly given up and made my way to the agent at Alamo, already feeling defeated as I tried to wipe tears off of my face.The agent was so nice and immediately let me know that I would be able to rent a car with them and that everything was going to be okay.I made it home and the drive was very comfortable and much cheaper than anyone else.No joke. Thank you Alamo. You now have a loyal customer!

Corey was amazing! He helped my family with our trip for my daughter's birthday! He was so informative, kind, and understanding. He helped us so much with our issues and truly was an amazing person to speak to, and got us on the road. We had a great trip and it all started with him! We will be using Alamo again in the future!

My flight arrived around 9 am, so my pickup process was extremely fast, about 10 mins. No deposit was needed. Insurance was $25 a day. I’ll definitely be renting with them again!

Staff was very nice, professional, and helpful.The staff helped me out when there was not proper gas in my initial vehicle. They got me a proper car after that and got me set up going forward.Thank you for your great customer support Kylie and Wanda!

An excellently smooth experience from highly professional and classy individuals, such as Christian.I’ve rented numerous cars in my life. Most, have been very poor experiences filled with frustration and time wasting.Alamo however, courtesy of Christian, treated me with class and utmost respect. Speaking with him, I felt like a millionaire.No delays, no pointless drivel. A swipe of the card and a signature, and I’m on my way to the garage.At the garage, they were out of the compact sedans I chose to rent, so they assigned me a full-size sedan instead at no extra cost. The Mazda 3 was really nice. Clean.During the rental period, one of the tires was poked and leaked air. It didn’t flat, but I was given a partial refund for the trouble. Thank you Linda and Anthony!Christian, I told you I’d write a review and mention you by name. Promise made, promise kept.

We went in and had a hiccup with our reservation that the staff had no part in. Francis and his manager, Troy (not sure if that’s the right name) worked through it with us. They were incredibly patient and helpful. I would recommend them 100x. Thanks Guys!!

Book with Alamo every time!Love the skip the counter option.Shout out to Wanda at SeaTac Alamo who went above and beyond to accommodate us and had such a warm and welcoming attitude.Hope to run into you next time.
