I appreciated the staffs friendliness, the fact that they stated they had done an inspection for flaws, and the cleanliness of car. I have rented cars in the past that were dirty, reeked of smoke, had obvious defects, and were a gallon or two short of full. It was pleasant to get a perfect car.

Easy in and easy out. The less time I spend getting and leaving a car the better. Alamo has been consistently that. It doesn’t seem to matter the location. SeaTac was just as good as Hawaii. Alamo is my go to car rental.
