“Sonic Collision is definitely on my radar as the top autobody repair place to go. Staff is kind too. I was parked at worke and a car backed straight into the side of my little 2009 Scion XD on wet dark night. Sonic gave an estimate & restored my car door to be honest it looked new.I thank Floor at Burien Toyota for recommending them to me and bonus enterprise meets you there with a rental car.”

“Steve and his crew are highly knowledgeable with VW/Audi vehicles and are honest about what your vehicle actually needs. They also have a great lockbox setup if you need to pick up or drop off your car during after hours with a seamless payment process. Looking forward to getting my GTI serviced with them in future months.”

“Honest, reliable, prompt, great prices! They'll do the work you ask them to perform, not what they want you to do, not like other German car shops. Absolutely completely recommend!!! Will continue taking my Porsche and Audi to them!”

“I called Joe up cause I need a misfire fixed . He is professional super nice guy and was here for about an hour and only wanted $40 bucks. I gave him a $100 because he was the only one in area that said yes and was out here in 30 minutes and fixed my issue . I became friends with this guy . I will see him for all my work while I’m here . Thank You Joe !!”

“Sound Auto Care was infinitely helpful for me as I was in the process of selling my 2005 Sprinter van which has been sitting idle for years and needed a full and thorough makeover. Unlike every other mechanic shop I’d ever been to including when I would get the sprinter van worked on at the actual Mercedes dealership, Sound Auto care gives you a working and constantly updated link to a webpage with your full diagnostic report and everything they’re working on, what needs work and what may need work in the future. Not only was this helpful info wise, it was so simple to easily pass this info on to all the prospective buyers to see what they were potentially purchasing with full transparency. Jeff the point person was super helpful and communicative throughout. If you’re needing a vehicle fixed and especially getting it fixed for the purpose of selling a used/older vehicle, I’d highly recommend this place. Thanks again Sound Auto care! The sprinter is in good hands with its new owner and the confidence they had from Sound Auto Care’s diagnostic link was super helpful in completing the deal”

“Great service. I called Tuesday was in on Wednesday and everything was great. Level 3 took about 5-6 hours and my 10 year old car looks brand new. Car is so clean. Great business here for many years. They asked me to inspect everything and to bring the car back if I found any dirt. So far it is spotless. They offer hand wash too same day.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for over three years, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The customer service is consistently outstanding everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making the experience as smooth as possible. I recently came in for an oil change, and the service was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. They got me in and out quickly, and I left knowing my car was in great hands. It’s hard to find a shop that’s this reliable, honest, and efficient. Thank you for always providing exceptional service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, high quality automotive care!”

“I’ve been taking my car here for years, they always take good care of me and I feel the prices are fair compared to other places I’ve gone. The owner is nice and he’s focused on his work and I’d rather have that than someone who’s being fake to get more money out of me. I trust this shop!”
