“I dealt with Chris thismorning. I went to Scanwest to fix a problem that was started by another auto repair shop. He encouraged me to go back to my initial mechanic to demand they fix the problem. Chris could have made $660 from me today but he instead guided me to pursue my warranty at the origional mechanic. In the furture I will definately go to Scanwest if I have any issues with my car. Chris didnt have to help me save money but he kindly did. I will now trust Scanwest going forward. Thank you again Chris!!
Update:
I ended up going to Scanwest to get it fixed and their service was great! In the end the bill even came to $100 less than origionally estimated.

“Seatown Autoworks estimated and repaired bumper damage after an accident. They offered different levels of replacement/repair, noting that my car was 10 yrs old and cost/benefit analysis. Repairs were speedy and to the estimate. This is a no nonsense shop, Paul and Yuchu are great. I recommend highly.”
