I'd actually stumbled upon one of your postcards in my mail, and the attractive coupons combined with your stellar online reviews really caught my eye. I figured it was worth a shot!
Stepping in as a brand-new customer, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but any apprehension vanished instantly. Every single person I encountered was so genuinely kind and helpful! I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Paige and Quincy. They were absolutely fantastic – so warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease right from the start. It really makes a difference!
Beyond the amazing customer service, I was thoroughly impressed with the pricing; it felt incredibly fair and transparent. And getting that vehicle inspection done was such a bonus – it really showed me you care about my car's overall health, not just the immediate fix.
My car does have a few other things on its 'to-do' list, both minor and more significant. But after this wonderful first experience, I'm already making plans to save up and definitely come back to your team around November to get everything sorted out. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else after such a positive introduction.

“My experience with Safelite for a broken rear car window was frustrating. They failed twice to complete the repair. The first attempt involved bringing the wrong glass. The second attempt, right before Thanksgiving, failed because the technician claimed the window regulator had stopped working, preventing the glass installation.
Desperate to have my car fixed before the holiday, I sought a second opinion. Dave was a lifesaver. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the true issue and didn't stop there. He helped me source the correct parts and even recommended a repair shop that did the glass replacement for half the price Safelite was quoting.
Dave, a true Good Samaritan, refused payment for his time and expertise. Thank you, Dave!”

Yusha in the front office was incredible - she went above and beyond coordinating with the insurance company, which required a ton of documentation and back-and-forth. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was handled correctly. Sal was also fantastic and supportive throughout the whole repair process. “The customer service and lounge are enough for a 5 star review. Not only do they have coffee but they have tea, water and snack. Plenty of seating and tables. Wifi and charging stations available at each table. They even have loaner cords available. I will definitely be coming back here since I have to wait while my car is being serviced.”
“I came in, no appointment or anything, and they got my oil changed in under an hour in addition to doing a courtesy check on other fluids. Price was a little over 100 bucks which is good in my book. Everyone was friendly and polite. I can’t believe I’ve been going to the Firestone instead. They’ve made a permanent customer out of me.”
