The infant teacher Ms. Deepali is truly the best and made us feel comfortable bring our baby here from when she was 4 months and is now 10 months and thriving. I always get updates and pictures and anytime she’s ever been sick or not herself I’ve been notifies right away! “Our 9-year-old son has been at Learning Land Kent Campus for 2.5 years, and we've had a consistently positive experience throughout his time here. We've seen him grow, thrive, and truly enjoy his days. Every time I dropped him off every morning, I always noticed Miss Tai and the kids who were there were welcoming and excited to see and play with him. ---and as a parent, that's everything when you see your son is happy and looks forward to being there.

Over the years, there have been some changes in staff and management, but all of them have been for the better. The current management, Miss Christa and Miss Morgan, are very organized, communicative, and genuinely involved in creating a safe and enriching environment for the kids. Just recently, they're working on renovating and updating the indoor/outdoor campus.

The teachers -- especially Ms. Christa and Morgan played an important role in my son's development and also in our community. Thoughtfully planned family activities are age-appropriate, creative, to help the kids explore and learn, and engage the families.

We truly appreciate the regular updates, photos, and open communication from staff, which helped us feel connected to his daily experiences even while at work or busy life schedule.

The team is dedicated not just to childcare, but to building a strong community.

They were incredibly flexible with my schedule, and even though we were only going to be there for two days they treated me and my baby like we were regulars. “We are delighted to send our 4 year old son here for summer camps. He did full 2 months of weekly camps this year. All Teachers and the owner of the place are exceptionally kind, warm, cheerful, welcoming and radiate positive energy that has a great influence on kids.
The classes are full of activities, learning, music, dance, arts and crafts, games..a great exposure to all forms of learning. Our son looks forward to going there everyday. This course was extremely helpful and provided so much valuable knowledge about espresso machines, crafting high-quality lattes and espresso based drinks, and even some creative and fun drinks.

A huge thank you to Paulo, our instructor, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient, encouraging, and engaging throughout the entire training. He made sure everyone in the class understood the techniques, answered all of our questions, and gave us hands-on experience that made a huge difference in our learning. “My experience from the start has been wonderful. My son started care in the Infants room at 3 months old with Ms.Perla who is literally AMAZING! Especially with infants. I always felt my baby was happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. This daycare has the best, most caring, and loving teachers from Ms.Perla to Ms.Carolyn, and Ms.Angela. I can’t say enough how much myself, my husband and our son feel very lucky to have found this place!! I feel very comfortable and secure knowing how well my child is cared for here. “I am so glad we booked the Dizzybus to come to my daughters birthday! She bus arrived promptly at the scheduled time and the kids all screamed, "THE BUS IS HERE!!!!". There were kids ranging from 2-10 years old at our party and there was plenty for all the kids to do. It was adorable to see the kids show off their gold medals at the end. I'll definitely recommend the Dizzybus to all of my friends. I hope to have the opportunity to book it again!”

“We had a really good experience at KinderCare Factoria. The Center Director, Ms.Agnes, and Assistant Director, Ms. Raksha, were always kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. They listened to any concerns we had and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.

Our daughter was in the infant classroom and loved going every day. She would get so excited as soon as we got to the center. Her teachers — especially Ms. Rainbow and Ms. Moon — were so caring, gentle, and loving with her. It was clear how much they cared about the kids.

The center is also very organized, and well maintained, and I never felt stressed dropping her off because I knew she was safe and happy.

We had to move her to a daycare closer to home, as the commute was getting a bit too long for us. Ms. Agnes and Ms. Raksha were incredibly supportive during the transition — they even gave us helpful recommendations and guided us through the process.

“We moved to Washington from Hawaii in 2022 while I was 20 weeks pregnant with my third child. The first preschool that we chose for our then 3 year old was not a pleasant experience. I learned that I had to do more of my own due diligence before choosing the next school.Let me just say that I really felt like we struck gold with Pixie Hill. I am VERY grateful for the wonderful teachers (Ms Ashley, Ms Rebecca and Ms Bailey) at Pixie. It is because of them that my son has had such an enjoyable experience this last year. He asks us every day at pick up if he can stay at school longer, and even on the weekends - he looks forward to Mondays (cant say I feel the same haha).One thing that really sold me before we ever got to visit the school was the large back yard/play area, and knowing that the kiddos would be spending time outside everyday (rain or shine). The extra bonus is the location--not only is it accessible to Mercer Island families, but also convenient for families in Seattle and Bellevue.Wish we had more time at Pixie, but looking forward to when my youngest will be able to attend.”

“There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! My son has been at East Hill Kindercare for almost 2 years and we have really enjoyed the experience. Ms. Abby (Director) is always there for parents and you can tell that she loves being in the class with kids too! She is just amazing!

I love the art work my kids would bring home and the pictures and videos I was able to see daily.the reports through out the day on the app are awesome and helpful too! “We transferred our 1 and 4 year old to Kre8tive Kidz and I am so happy we did! The quality of care and communication we receive is wonderful. Our kids love it, and the teachers are warm and caring. They go out of their way and host parent/teacher conferences and the level of detail we received at our first conference I was blown away by. They tracked what my daughter was learning, how she was learning, where she was advancing, and where they were helping her. It is scary finding the right care for your kids, but we are so thankful we found this place. Oh yeah, and they have an after-school program!”
