“As a special needs parent I was very nervous about doing a first time daycare experience. I couldn't be happier or have gotten luckier with Normandy Park Kindercare. I continue to be so impressed at how supportive the director Matt, and our teachers from discovery preschool to pre-k have been every step of the way. They take the time to ask about accommodations my son may need and what they can do to support him in the classroom. The kids always come home clean and happy. The teachers take the time to update us frequently on the daycare app. There is routine which helps my child with autism. We discuss frequently as needs change and our family feels well supported. Along with special needs, safety measures are made a priority here. This is a great daycare if you want to be heard as a parent and have peace of mind during your work day!”

“My little family loves Goddard! My son went to Goddard and it is my daughter’s last year at Goddard (She will start Kindergarten in the fall!). From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile by Ms. Dasha and Ms. Jenn. They are incredibly sweet to all the children. In Pre-K 1, Ms. Hailey and Ms. Tree are so patient and caring. I know my daughter is in good hands. Overall, the communication is excellent and I love how Goddard goes above and beyond by planning fun activities for the kids and providing so many opportunities for parent involvement. They truly care about creating a sense of community.”

“Childtime of Federal Way was truly the best place for my daughter. She learned so much and the teachers were patient with her. Alma, Darlene, Josie and the rest of the staff were so great with Lena. It was her first year in daycare and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Such a great experience. They made sure she was safe and happy. Clean and safe facility. They were great with her dietary restrictions as well. We moved to a new city or we would still be at childtime. So sad to leave this place. My daughter loved it here!”

“We had an amazing experience at Seattle Barista Academy during their 2-day professional barista training! This course was extremely helpful and provided so much valuable knowledge about espresso machines, crafting high-quality lattes and espresso based drinks, and even some creative and fun drinks.

A huge thank you to Paulo, our instructor, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient, encouraging, and engaging throughout the entire training. He made sure everyone in the class understood the techniques, answered all of our questions, and gave us hands-on experience that made a huge difference in our learning. His passion for coffee and teaching really showed!

“Dizzybus Preschool is a wonderful, kind, well structured, and friendly program. They always took the time to communicate with us especially if we had any questions, and always made us feel so welcomed. My son attended for two years and they exceeded our expectations for preparing him for his next chapter in education.

My son's class had only 10 classmates which he got along with everyone and made for a great student to teacher ratio!

He always mentioned how he had so much fun everyday, especially with all the projects as well as working and playing together with his classmates. He said that learning things was so fun. “We moved to Washington from Hawaii in 2022 while I was 20 weeks pregnant with my third child. The first preschool that we chose for our then 3 year old was not a pleasant experience. I learned that I had to do more of my own due diligence before choosing the next school.Let me just say that I really felt like we struck gold with Pixie Hill. I am VERY grateful for the wonderful teachers (Ms Ashley, Ms Rebecca and Ms Bailey) at Pixie. It is because of them that my son has had such an enjoyable experience this last year. He asks us every day at pick up if he can stay at school longer, and even on the weekends - he looks forward to Mondays (cant say I feel the same haha).One thing that really sold me before we ever got to visit the school was the large back yard/play area, and knowing that the kiddos would be spending time outside everyday (rain or shine). The extra bonus is the location--not only is it accessible to Mercer Island families, but also convenient for families in Seattle and Bellevue.Wish we had more time at Pixie, but looking forward to when my youngest will be able to attend.”

“My experience from the start has been wonderful. My son started care in the Infants room at 3 months old with Ms.Perla who is literally AMAZING! Especially with infants. I always felt my baby was happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. This daycare has the best, most caring, and loving teachers from Ms.Perla to Ms.Carolyn, and Ms.Angela. I can’t say enough how much myself, my husband and our son feel very lucky to have found this place!! I feel very comfortable and secure knowing how well my child is cared for here. I like that they take pride in feeding the children all healthy foods.

“My child has been attending here for two years and loves it. As a parent, I feel like my child is safe and well cared for. I haven’t had any issues at all here. The staff is always friendly and has been very helpful on days when my child has higher anxiety at drop off. It is so helpful knowing they are in a safe environment with teachers who genuinely love them. The teachers are also great at uploading pictures and details of the day into the Kindercare app so I can check in while I’m at work. Overall, I highly recommend this center!”
