Maintenance requests are addressed almost immediately by a team that is fast, really nice, and knowledgeable. The apartments and building facilities are great, described as high-tech, modern, clean, well-kept, light, warm, and cozy. The community offers breathtaking views and is very quiet despite its central location. Security is taken seriously, making residents feel safe in the best area of Belltown. The grounds are clean and well kept. This apartment community comes highly recommended by its residents.
The Staff (mainly Ryan) have been a great help during my moving and first days. The apartment and building facilities are great. My only maintenance request was attended almost immediately. I highly recommend this building if you are looking for something close to downtown.
