The Ace Hotel Seattle is a personal, down-to-earth, and welcoming option with a great location. It is conveniently located near main attractions like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the piers, and the Victoria Clipper Ferry, with lots of local food and independent stores nearby. The hotel has a connected, artsy city vibe. The staff are consistently noted as super nice, friendly, helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind, providing great and second-to-none service. They are happy to accommodate travel delays, help with bags, offer recommendations, and resolve issues. Rooms are described as a perfect lower-cost option, comfortable and spotless with good quality mattresses, great linen, and clean beds and towels. Some rooms have neat layouts. The building is older with no elevators, and the front desk has limited hours. Parking is street-only, hourly from 8am to 8pm, but often available. Some bathrooms are shared but are super modern, incredibly clean, and smell awesome. A simple, tasty, good quality continental breakfast is included. It is a rare find for a more personal stay in Seattle.
We planned for a late arrival around 9PM and due to travel delays ended up being almost 4 hours later. We called as soon as we knew about the delays and their team accommodated. The room was perfect for a lower cost option in the area. Highly recommend.

Really, SUPER nice people. I had a red eye flight and they helped me even hours after the checkout. I love the vibes of this hotel, super artsy. It’s true that the bathroom is shared, but it’s incredibly clean and smells awesome. Plus it was an awesome surprise that breakfast was included!
