“I had a confirmed reservation for a city view Junior suite booked through Bookings. We were traveling with two teen granddaughters so we were very set on wanting the two room suite. The staff was apologetic but did not stand by the confirmed reservation and had no other suites available anyway so we were out of luck. Then one of the staff called around to a near by hotel and got me a two room reservation while I was standing at the desk wanting them to fix the mistake. Still disappointed I’m grateful the desk customer service had come up with “problem solved”.by saying he had just made me a reservation within walking distance that met my needs. Now try getting a real person at Booking, com who explain how that happened!”

“I recently attended a 4-day international conference at the Hyatt. 5-star experience all around. The staff maintained our conference spaces impeccably. The lunch was absolutely delicious with most major allergies accommodated and all buffet items labeled with allergens. The elevator often took a long time to arrive at the beckoning floor, but the escalator was very efficient and encouraged more activity. Again, an incredible, welcoming site for any conference.”

“I've only ever had amazing experiences with Sentral First Hill. Even though they haven't found me the right unit yet, of all the countless leasing agents and apartment complexes I've looked at in WA, Sentral and its incredible staff have excelled above all of them. Great communication, creativity and friendliness.I especially want to give praise to Jennifer Maggs who has patiently been helping me find my dream unit at Sentral for over a year now (I'm very picky).I honestly think it's the best apartment building in the city. Great location, views, amenities and staff. Add this one to your list!”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 100 LXR in Seattle, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high-end amenities and the impeccable service provided by the staff. The hotel's location in downtown Seattle was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of sightseeing.I particularly enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, and the breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights of the hotel was the availability of amenities, including the golf simulator. Although I didn't have the opportunity to use it, I appreciated the option for entertainment during my stay. However, the only downside was the gym facilities, which didn't quite match the beautiful and high-end features of the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall exceptional experience I had at Hotel 100 LXR.Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 100 LXR for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location make it the perfect choice for a memorable stay in the city.”

“My family was staying in the Arctic Club Hotel, and my mother and I decided to go down to the lobby and check out the bar. It was absolutely wonderful! The mocktail I ordered tasted great and looked identical to an actual cocktail. The service and the ambience was also spectacular. I would absolutely recommend paying a visit here, whether for drinks or food, especially if you’re staying at the hotel and want to hang out somewhere for the night.”

“We stayed here on New Year's Eve and Lynette at the front desk was so wonderful! Very welcoming and made us feel right at home, answered all of our questions, made sure we had everything we needed and was a pleasure to chat with. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was SPOTLESS, very cozy bed, plenty of room in the kitchen and living room area and has a perfect desk to get some work done on the laptop. This hotel is in a great location away from the mall, city, and traffic but very close to the highways to access the airport or downtown Seattle, or Bellevue. Ala carte breakfast was amazing. I don't say this often but 10/10!!”

“Absolutely! The staff is so kind and attentive to needs. Helpful and happy. Christmas morning they even leave a small gift at your door. The location is superior for visitors in my opinion. The bed is comfy and the shower is perfectly tempered without issue. Could the bathroom be a little bigger? Yes. But it's fine.”

“OVERVIEW: This is an ecclectic boutique hotel located in Seattle. Conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, the Waterfront, Pikes Market & Belltown. While I had a rental car, I found myself walking most places. There's an advantage to this as it allows you to get the feel for the neighborhoods and experience more. I have been to Seattle numerous times, specifically this area as well. However there were glass blowing shops, retail stores, coffee shops and other single-owned businesses that I have otherwise missed when driving the area and due to having to pay closer attention to traffic and less of the scenery. LOCATION: The location is perfect. Located on the Metrolink, within walking distance of downtown, the pier, the waterfront, the space needle, and any coffee shop you coukd want to go to. A convenient location that is extremely walkable and safe during both the daytime and evening hours. INTERIOR: Tastefully brightly colored. Lobby with an easily accessible and friendly front desk. Elevators are adjacent to the lobby. They have a Fitness facility, a small kitchen area, a small bar area, and very comfortable seating in the lobby. I came during Christmas, and it was wonderfully decorated to include reindeer, a tree, and a surprise. Find the elf every night and win a complimentary gift. I won the last night I was here and was extremely thrilled with the cup, hot chocolate, cake pop, and complimentary beverage coupons. This is an encouraging environment in which to have fun with an air hockey table, multiple board games, puzzles, and a Pac-Man video game old school. And yes, I did observe several people over my 4-day stay that did partake in the fun and games. It was a very relaxed environment. PARKING: There are three options for parking. You can use the underground parking which is secure and very convenient. You can park on the outdoor top deck, which I did as well. Or you can choose street parking which I do not advise. Parking is at this time of the review $42 a night. It is well worth it. There is no valet option, but you really don't need it. There is a covered overhang that is more than adequate for four vehicles in case it should be inclement weather by your arrival or departure. When you depart, please keep in mind that it is a left turn only. You are pulling onto a one-way street. LODGING: Upon arrival you receive a spacious room with a queen size bed or two double beds and option of one bathtub or a shower and an air conditioning unit and usually a view of either the city or the monorail. I chose the city and was very pleasantly surprised the rooms were quiet. I did run the air conditioner fan just for white noise and slept like a baby. There is a small chair with an ottoman in the room as well as a very large screen TV and a huge desk. The room was extremely clean. I did not find the usual dust bunnies or hair anywhere within the room or bathroom. COMPLIMENTARY: You receive unlimited free bottled water & coffee. In addition, they have complimentary pineapple infused water, which was quite tasty. They do have additional beverages and snacks for purchase. They offer complimentary umbrellas for use on those inclement weather days. They are colorful and large, making it easier for your visibility. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Outstanding. I dont say that lightly, I measure this based upon my previous stays at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Hotel, Intercontinental, Four Seasons, and Fairmont Brands to mention a few. Service with the front desk was professional, personalized & knowledgeable about the area. While checking you in, they treat you as if they are a concierge. You don't feel rushed. They answer any and all questions you have and make you feel very welcome. They have an "Everything" button on your telephone that was answered by the third ring . . . Every time. CONCLUSION: Will I be back? The question is, WHEN will I be back.”

“I spent a wonderful three nights here. I was originally worried about the old room due to the good reviews I saw on the website when I booked the room, but when I arrived, it proved that all my worries were in vain. Let me share what I think are the pros and cons here:Advantages 1) Compared with nearby hotels, the room price is good. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and make visitors feel welcome.2) Breakfast is included. Although the choices are limited, in a place with high prices, it is very happy to have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast includes simple burgers, freshly baked homemade waffles, toast pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits, coffee, Orange juice, I think it tastes great. Breakfast time is 6:30-10:303) Room: Although the whole room is old, it is very clean and comfortable to live in. The bathroom, furniture and all supplies are sufficient and clean. And I felt very quiet during my three-day stay. I didn't hear any noise from outside or from next door.4) Location: It takes about 9 minutes to walk from the link light rail station. It's about a 15-minute walk from Pike Place Market.Small shortcomings: If the following small shortcomings can be improved, it would be perfect (but they are still tolerable.) The amount of water in the bathroom shower is medium, it would be better if it could be largerIn addition, the air conditioner is a little loud, but the sound is very regular so it is easy to get used to it.”

“First out the bat. The only reason I don't give this is a five star is that it is not a great neighborhood. But you are hard pressed to find anything better in downtown any more. We walked around at night but we were two blue collar guys that have both spent a lot of time in inner cities. But aside from that our experience was great. The door was opened for us by an employee and the check in clerk was very nice. Friendly and staff alone would earn three stars in my book. The interior screamed at us to sit in the overstuffed chairs and smoke a cigar and have a 25 year old whiskey. Cigars are no longer a thing, but no doubt the friendly and attentive bartender would be happy to pour you two fingers. The whole hotel felt clean, an oasis is the sticky streets of downtown. The hotel was also in easy walking distance of a good portion of the cool stuff. The arena, WaMu theater, Pioneer Square, Klondike Gold Rush National Park, Underground tour, etc were all close by.We were in town for Sumo and Sushi and we hit several bars on the way there and back. Room was immaculate, folded towel polar bears were cute, shower hot with plenty of pressure, plenty of pillows, mini bar prices were reasonable, and the chair was comfortable. Only notes are the toilet was a bit loose and I prefer being able to crack the window to get a touch of fresh air.Complimentary breakfast was above average for a nice hotel. I have had a lot worse, quite a few on equal and only a handful better and those mostly overseas. Only issue was a tad saltier than I like on the potatoes. This place would easily be five star without the folks outside camped in the neighborhood that hit you up for money or just yell your way as you pass. But again, hard to avoid that downtown, especially at night.Would happily stay here again.”

“An EXCELLENT CHOICE when flying out or flying into Seatac. The restaurant on site was well beyond expectations…..the chef certainly know their “stuff”! The rooms are great (the tv offerings are dated and difficult to maneuver through), but the amenities in the bathroom are fine, the bed is comfortable & the air conditioner works! It is dated but compared to newer hotels at least there is a feeling of “solid construction” and not thin walls and fake mouldings! We will most definitely return when we need a hotel stay on our next departure/arrival @ Seatac.”

“New Years Eve. The time for surge pricing. Every hotel in downtown Seattle was booked or charging 4 million dollars a night, not including parking.Enter the Silver Cloud. The price was extremely reasonable. We checked in (the staff are absolutely lovely), which was easy and efficient. Our room was very clean and very quiet, I did ask for a room on the highest floor and away from the elevator, which they had no problem accommodating. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I was going to offer right then and there to buy them. Is there a website that I may purchase these?Aveda products in the bathroom. Nice touch. It is in the U district and therefore we did have to drive downtown, we had to anyway (it was a work thing, long story), but it didn't take that long. Uber or transit would get you there in a jiffy. It being the U District on NYE, the kids were a little loud and more than a little intoxicated, but from our room, we couldn't hear much. The parking fee was reasonable and we'll definitely be back or to any of the Silver Cloud properties. I heard East Lake is pretty good as well. I'll try it out and let you know!”

“Our stay for 5 weeks was extraordinary while my husband was recovering from major surgery. The staff, from the manager to housekeeping, were all helpful, accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites for either a short stay or long stay. Delicious breakfast each morning for hotel guests and certain evenings of the week there is supper provided. Our thanks to the staff.”

“I stayed two nights recently. It was very comfortable and easy access to both downtown and north Seattle, minus the chaos of a lodging closer to or in downtown. Ample, free parking. Nice staff. Nothing fancy, but fairly quiet even right on hwy 99. I'd stay there again.Rooms: I stayed in a suite at the end of the building with one queen. Nice couch/sitting area.Nearby activities: I walked to the Fremont Abbey Arts Center for a music event. Walking distance to other Fremont attractions.Safety: It's Seattle, but I felt safe walking at night.Walkability: There is a skybridge right at the corner of the property to cross 99/Aurora to make it easier to access the Fremont neighborhood.”

“?Excellent customer service, and rooms are very clean. However new carpet is needed ASAP; the smell of old and stale is evident, and ruins the whole experience. The food is yummy and should also be left out for longer hours, so it doesn't go to waste ( people like to snack throughout the day).”

“Both the room and bathroom are clean and the location is good.In particular, when I rushed back to the hotel by Uber because I had a cramp in my leg during the trip, she saw me limping at the hotel entrance and without even asking for it, the female staff member at the hotel entrance hurriedly brought a wheelchair and very kindly took me to the hotel room.So I just ordered dinner at a place on the first floor of the hotel and it was decent. In particular, the fish and chips tasted fresh.”
