The sales staff are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, providing great customer service with no hard selling. They expertly walk customers through options, help find the perfect size and fit, and assist with selections based on needs like terrain or color neutrality. The shoes, including styles like Tree Pipers and Tree Breezers, are incredibly comfortable and stylish. Customers report that the shoes are great for walking, even on cobblestones and slick surfaces, and require no break-in period. The products are also described as beautiful, cozy, and nonslip. Beyond shoes, the business also offers hats, clothing, and socks. Allbirds provides excellent customer service both in-store and through follow-up, handling issues like replacements with ease. Just bought my first pair of Allbirds last month. Only wore them twice, packed them in my carry on and it fell out and was damaged. I called customer service explained what happened. Without hesitation, they sent me a replacement pair at no charge! Excellent customer service.

There are some awesome shoes here. It's open-spaced with all walls covered in kicks. Staff are around to grab sizes for you. They are friendly and patient. Allbirds is worth popping in.

The shoes are amazing and have a very low carbon foot print! Give them a try....I did and now have 5 pairs.
