“We love our local running store! We bought a pair of running shoes for my 14 year old son that after a few runs unfortunately gave him blisters. We brought the shoes back looking for advice on how to heal the blister. Both the sales associate (Isaac) and owner (Lori) took time to try and figure out why the shoes had given my son blisters. After examing the shoes and asking my son questions, it was determined that he was getting a new pair of shoes. I really appreciated the time, patience and kindness Lori and Isaac put into talking to my son and fitting him for new shoes.”
“The other day I got my heel ran over. The blundstones I bought from this store over 6 years ago was the reason my heel didn't get demolished my the car. Shoe didn't even dent. Heel still hurts. But great shoes.”
“This place is amazing! The shoes are VERY well made. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell these shoes will last for years. Well worth a visit!”
“Excellent customer service.
Nice spot Under Pike's Market.
A little bit of everything wallets purses journals bags.
Would recommend signing up for their classes”
“Came here looking for clothes and this place did not disappoint. Their clothing inventory was small but felt thoughtfully curated. Every single item I looked at was in top condition. I was only there for 30 minutes and left with 2 really nice shirts. If quality is important to you, I highly recommend Lucky Dog.”

“I've been all over the country and I still haven't found a run shop with a better selection of shoes, gear, and nutrition, plus they really know their stuff and have always been super helpful. I've discovered many a new shoe here.”
“Phenomenal staff that didn’t waste any time on my exercise of the right to swap out a pair of shoes that didn’t quite work for me. They even gave me completely new insoles. Love both the process and the hassle free end result. Thanks! BZ/JUSTICE SMILES, pllc”
“Everyone is really great but Mike is the best!!! I was having a heck of a time with fit of my sneakers. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout and found the perfect fit. Not only are my feet so much happier and better supported I actually have a pep in my step which I never expected. This is better than I thought possible. And the result was absolutely worth the time and attention to detail. Thank you Mike! I am absolutely over the moon. :))))”
“Tired of cheap shoes, my toes digging through poor insoles.
I found high quality care with kind folk in John Fluevog's fine shop
Walked out wearing a fine pair”
“Absolutely fantastic customer service.
I bought a pair of boots online and Lauren went above and beyond to promptly provide me with lots of helpful info and advice, both by email and over the phone, often outside of normal business hours. She helped me with questions about everything from product to sizing to shipping, she took photos of stuff in the store, she followed up with UPS to help me navigate a change of delivery address, and when my package arrived it even came with a personalized thank you note. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a shop that provided more attentive and detailed service. 11/10.”

“I’ve been shopping at A Mano for years, and it continues to be my favorite Seattle boutique. It's impeccably curated with beautiful, handcrafted pieces you won't find anywhere else (outside of Italy). The shoes and handbags I’ve purchased have lasted for years, many for over a decade, and the jewelry is amazing. It’s truly a Seattle treasure. 🤩”
“Super nice store! I went in to set up my first board and Alex was super helpful in guiding me through all the choices and putting it all together for me. Everyone is super laid back, they don't try and upsell you on stuff because you're new. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need something skating related.”

“Love KatyBird, always my go-to!
Every-time I visit, I find unique and high quality pieces.
KatyBird is perfectly curated, staff is always welcoming and friendly. A true gem tucked into a sweet neighborhood.
Most of my favorite and fun pieces came from KatyBird.”
“Yenni was fabulous. We saw the shoes in the window and thought they looked very nice, so we stopped in. The first time we came in, we just looked around as we didn't really have time to try them on. A few days later, we returned and Yenni remembered us. She was so hopeful in helpful my husband try on shoes, educating him on the different types of shoes available, the different materials and quality, and the way they should feel. Being that he has a wider foot, he's particular about the way shoes fit. Yenni was very patient as he made sure that he got the right shoes for his feet. She was helpful in making sure that we could ship our shoes home so that we did not have to carry them with us for the rest of our vacation. During our time shopping, not only was she helpful to my husband, but also very engaging with our daughter.”
“I finally had the opportunity to visit this store after years of running exclusively in brooks shoes. My wife and I were very impressed with the layout and selection one might expect from a flagship store, but the staff were the touch that made it a memorable experience. I’ve purchased 12+ pairs of their shoes, and typically replace them after 500 miles of road running but have a peculiar wear spot on the sole that’s unique to me. I was able to ask several questions about the wear, and was provided with several recommendations. The staff made me feel like my specific to me running questions were actually important, and it genuinely furthered my trust with the brand. I’m thankful that there are folks that truly made me feel special by just having the hobby of running. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to try out my new shoes and apparel when I return home to Arizona!”
“Wow. I came in today because I’ve been having knee pain and wanted to get some comfort shoes, and heard this was a good place to try. I didn’t realize there was a big sale happening today and the small shop was packed with people (not to mention a huge street fair happening right outside on University Ave). A really sweet salesperson immediately helped me out as soon as I walked in (she said this was her first week, I was super impressed as she seemed really knowledgable) and then the owner of the shop joined us. Both of them helped me patiently the whole time and gave great advice on shoes, pulled shoes for me to try on, even changing out the insoles for me. Again, the shop was super crowded, and yet they still had the time to help me out. I felt so taken care of. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes, a rare spending occurance for me, because the sale was so good and because the 2 women helping me were so intent on helping me find something I loved and felt comfortable in. My knee pain has been so distressing but having these shoes I feel excited about and comfy in was such a mood booster! SO glad I found this place and will be returning to Wooly Mammoth again and again :))”
“Great selection at Eames NW — curated, high-quality menswear. Adrian provides excellent customer service, is very responsive, and makes the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend.”

“Great spot, nice gifts! For the price of the jewelry, would be nice if they removed the price tag (instead of just blacking it out and it still being visible) and had small boxes for the jewelry that you purchase from them vs. the little bags that the jewelry tangles around itself inside. Again, great staff and great products, just a bit of feedback around packaging :)”
“This is heaven for an Eileen Fisher fan. Huge selection of new and like-new clothes at a fraction of the original prices. Very spacious and pleasant with friendly and helpful staff and nice changing rooms.
Classic styles from dressy to casual, most in natural fibers and neutral colors.
Fantastic selection of plus sizes, and Eileen Fisher looks great on every body.”
“In the spring Erik helped us figure out sizing and made the whole process straightforward. Great to talk to, and made understanding the foreign sizing stuff easy”
“Mega shout out to Olivia for being the most attentive, friendly, and on top of it employee in the building. She knew what she was talking about and helped me pick out the perfect boots! I will be visiting again soon, and I hope I will be shopping with Olivia again!”

“We stopped by to get shoes for my grandsons. The staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. It was a little busy at the time, though there was a lot of kid friendly things for the little ones to occupy themselves with. We were able to find what we were looking for. I would like to thank the staff at Kid Friendly Footwear for their helpful service, and for making us feel welcome. 5 Stars”

“Not understanding the low Yelp score here. This boutique has cute shoes and gorgeous pieces of clothing from Europe. Of all the boutiques I checked out in Seattle this was far and away my favorite. The service was excellent and prices were fair. If you want non seattle clothing this is the place. If you want Patagonia or Columbia style outfits don't shop here.”
“Went in and tried on no less than 28 pairs of shoes and only walked away with two pairs of socks. I felt terrible, especially since the staff were so incredibly patient and nice. That’s also not a reflection of the inventory. They have a fantastic selection of shoes!”
“Any time we go to the U-Village, we make sure we stop here. Maybe 1x a month? Somehow they always have new products!
Every sales person is very friendly and wants to help you find the right item for you. No one is pushy or rushes you.
The standout employee is Christian. She always remembers us and by name! She even remembers our preferences without looking anything up in a computer.
She is perfect. She points out new things, helps us when needed and gives us space when we are trying to make decisions and talk. And when we have a special need, she is always able to take care of it, and in a timely manner.
Shoe out of stock in store? She'll get it sent to your house for free.
Wrong item sent? She is truly sorry and makes sure it is corrected asap. No defensiveness, etc.
She just loves her job and you can tell by interacting with her.
I wish we could clone her and have her as our sales person at every store we go to!
Oh yeah, I should probably comment on the products :) I have about 10 of their purses, totes, backpacks, etc and they are all amazing. High quality. Perfect amount of stretch. Classic and beautiful. Perfect amount of pockets.
I have 2 pairs of their shoes and they wear well and everyone comments on how much they love them.
My sister has more than 20 pairs of their shoes and she loves all of them. Again, gets lots of compliments.
Go, try stuff, have fun! You will LOVE what you end up with!”
“Thank you for putting on the World Cup events. I know it was a joint venture with Darkalino’s. You all rock and showed the city how beautiful Pioneer Square can be when activated. You have a new local fan. I plan to bring my friends to your store often for great gear. Special shout out to Zack and Kim for being amazing during the World Cup.”
“Had a wonderful experience here! I originally came in just to try on shoes before buying online, but after the foot scan, I ended up finding a completely different pair that fit my feet much better.
Ahmed was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping both my mom and me try on multiple pairs. I also loved that the staff don't work on commission, so there was zero sales pressure. Highly recommend if you're looking for shoes that truly work for your feet!”
