Jeremy was so extremely helpful. He took my order offered a delivery, which I wasn’t sure they did, and it was such a pleasant experience!!! Wish (sometimes) I actually lived in Seattle, so this could be my store!!!!

I bought thе case from the Apple online store thinking it would last, but it didn’t even make it two months. The material started wearing off so quickly, the edges look completely messed up, and honestly, the whole thing now looks cheap and worn-out.
I reached out to Apple Support hoping they could help or at least offer an exchange, but the response was really disappointing — basically, “we can’t do anything.”
For the price, this is just not okay. I expected way better quality and customer service from Apple. Really unhappy with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend this case at all.

Do not come here for laptop repair‼️‼️
I brought my glitchy but still functional laptop in and they handed it back to me fully unusable. I’ve had the problem for a while but it never got that bad.
Then they’re asking me to pay $600 that I don’t have to replace hardware without any guarantee that it would fix the problem.

It’s reasonably good as usual but …
I have hardware problems with my new phone and made an appointment.
Problems confirmed and it now needs to be fixed, but it’s too late, they going to closed soon, so not the same day ( no replacement any more, must be repaired).
Came for repair. Quoted for an hour wait, turned to 2+ hours, got my phone back, drove home- same problem, but actually worse.
Now I made another service appointment.
Not really happy about this cadence

Super happy with my experience here, especially the lady that helped me, Lacey! Lacey was phenomenal, patient and knew exactly what she was doing. She helped me purchase a new phone and spent almost 2 hours with me because of technical problems with my old phone but not once did she seem frustrated, she was outstanding!! She was kind and made me feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend speaking to her if you ever need help! The store should be proud to have such a valued worker.

Had an incredible experience from
The moment I walked thru the door. Had multiple people welcome me into the store and ask how to assist. I was able to try on watches, and purchase exactly what I had wanted. No upselling involved. Very kind and respectful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this Apple Store.

I went to Apple by apt. I was told they were not that busy and yet the tech person who was dealing with me was split between two people. Because she did not pay attention I backed up when setting back to factory. which recreated the problem. I had to sit through another half hour on top of the one hour, When I got home I did not back up but in syncing must of triggered the old back up. I was back at square one again. Dreading going back I was able for them to clear it in 20 min. I was so stressed from all of it...I hate asking for help.
