I forgot his name, but the employee with an arm sling was so helpful! He helped me diagnosis an issue with my laptop and even helped me get set up for a phone fix when I asked despite that not being part of my reservation. Really appreciated it during a stressful time!

A little hoity-toity for me and my preferred budget, but it was a nice few hours looking around and seeing cool stores. Lot of excellent food, coffee and drink options. You will enjoy it.

I am very satisfied with my experienced here while being a UW student. Staff was knowledgeable and I bought multiple phones and computers here. Would strongly recommend staff get a raise!
