Came to this location some time ago to do an Apple Vision Pro demo. The staff were incredibly helpful and I enjoyed the experience. Would recommend this location.

Good-sized Apple Store in a university shopping area. Friendly staff and quick service (but this might be because I visited during quiet hours). The sales assistant was very attentive and helpful. Good location to check out Apple products but also to chill out on the chairs outside the shop.

Store is amazing, spacious. However, they were unable to resolve my issue with iphone 15 pro which has lagging issues. They gave me unrealistic resolution which I am not going to do.5* for store. but not for service.

I had the worst experience ever in this store.I drove from Vancouver to Seattle to visit friend and booked this Vision Pro demo, and initially I was late for around 10 min for my 11.30 appointment due to traffic, so the staff said it requires at least 20 min, don’t let me in, and had to get me rescheduled, which is totally fine as I’m late. Then I came back to store at 12.55 for my rescheduled appointment at 1, and they checked me in and asked me to wait for next available staff. At 1.05, I was still waiting so I informed to the demo experience manager that I actually had to leave around 1.30 to catch my lunch plan with my friend, and he said he’ll try he’s best to make sure of it.At 1.10 (which is at the time when they call “at least 20 min”), still nobody showed up, so I talked to the manager again and he apologized and said he’ll make sure I can catch my later plan.At 1.15, still nobody shows up. So I talked to the manager for the third time, and he apologized again and take me to the spot and helped me getting my face size and glasses tested and ready. At 1.22, the staff finally showed up (looks like just came back from a lunch break), and started very basic instructions and setup. After setting it up, it’s already 1.28, and all we did for the entire demo was to watch an immersive video for 3 min and that’s it.I’m not trying to be unreasonable about people taking lunch breaks, but the overall experience of1. Late for around 10 min was claimed to be impossible to conduct the demo as it requires 20 min minimum, later turned out to be it can be as short as just 3 min.2. Opening the slot for booking but completely not respecting the time schedule nor did they communicate upfront this could be delayed.Made me feeling disrespected and disappointed, and it has absolutely been my worst experience with apple ever.

I brought in a 2020 Macbook pro M1 with a screen that had begun to fail. Based on diagnostics, the computer is otherwise perfectly functional. They said the computer could be repaired for $600. I asked how much the trade in value was and they told $515. I decide to purchase a comparable replacement from another retailer (they don't sell models as old/affordable) and trade in the computer. When I brought the computer back a week later, they changed their mind and said they could offer me $0 for the computer with the failing display. Typical customer service from a business that can afford to lose customers like me. And of course, there's no accountability for the person that told me the computer was worth $515 rather than $0. I learned my lesson. I'll spend the $200 to do the "genius" work of replacing the display myself. If you want to visit a beautiful store, filled with overpriced toys, then this is the place. Otherwise, they're doing their best to dilute the meaning of "genius".

I own kind of a lemon of a MacBook Pro, and I’ve needed to repair it on about a yearly basis. The guys here (or whatever repair center they send devices to fix to) do a good job patching the device up as good as new, and it’s free with Applecare+.

Stunning Store in the center of U. Village. Large and very busy location with many classes and activities and opportunities to learn, and explore and also to enjoy the surrounding with friends and family .Very safe and comfortable feeling in this area.

With a supermarket in the parking area, this Mall is very nice and pleasant to tour. Business of very good brands with great variety of clothes, decoration, bars and restaurants and a great Apple Store.

Good store with everything "Apple" that would would want or need. Only issue is that my questions trying to determine which MacBook would be best for my needs as a video editor weren't answered. They need demos of different software installed to really get a sense for things. No computer stores really do that, but ultimately I found that going into the store didn't answer my questions about which MacBook would best for my needs. The associate was helpful, but his only demo showing how powerful the laptop is was to simple open a ton of programs all at once and show how quickly they opened. It was impressive but it doesn't show me how well it edits videos or do other tasks within a specific type of program.

Jeremy was extremely helpful and definitely knowledgeable. His mannerisms and explanations made the disappointment of not being able to accomplish our goal easier to handle.Apple needs to refine their process of resetting devices when someone dies and not having any access or knowledge of their Apple ID.

This review is based solely on the help I recently got from the Genius Bar.My phone had been acting real weird, and I needed immediate help. A worker took my number and told me the wait for help would be 1-1.5 hours. I was willing to wait. After leaving the store for a bit, I actually got a text within an hour! I appreciated that the worker slightly overestimated the wait time, so that I was pleasantly surprised when it didn't go over. Once I arrived, there was about a 10-15 minute wait before someone was able to see me. John (never caught his last name) called my name, and once he understood what my phone issues were, he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and then tried all kinds of tests and buttons to help diagnose and fix those problems. Also, I was a bit worried about getting judged for having an older phone, but John made me feel comfortable and not judged at all- in fact, he had a phone from the same year as me! After many attempts at fixing my stubborn phone, I almost thought all hope was lost. John tried one more thing, and BOOM, it went back to its normal self... without having to do a reset and losing any of my data. Of course he hinted that I may need a new phone soon, and yes, I know- but I really appreciate John's dedication to getting my phone back to working like normal.

Very nice staff. One person check me in and put me on a waiting list. As I was walking another employee acknowledged me and assured me the the wait wouldn't be very long. I just wanted to be shown the ABC's-of the iPhone15 Pro Max. Unfortunately it was insanely busy in there and I was supposed to meet a friend for lunch so I just kind of took off. I'll go back on a weekday when everyone in King County hasn't shown up. Again, very very nice and helpful staff.
