Clean store and a nice assortment of snack and drink choices and an iced coffee machine! You do need a key to use restroom around the side of building.

Arco is a national chain of gas stations. This one is in Magnolia, right over the train track bridge so it's relatively easy to get to. The parking lot is a good size so easily navigatable. There is a small store, just like most Arco's. Gas prices are usually on the lower side for this chain.

My closest gas station is closed now, but I discovered one of these that isn't too far from home, with comparable prices.
