The building is very nice, with high-end units and good amenities that are very well maintained, clean, and feel new. The community is incredibly welcoming, with friendly residents and a clean, well-maintained environment. The location is amazing and great, in the fun Belltown area with close proximity to restaurants, bars, and parks, and having the waterfront so close is great for walks. The property management team, led by the manager, is very kind, welcoming, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. They have made amazing changes and improvements, clearly present necessary information, and are responsive in helping residents. The maintenance team is also friendly, responsive, and takes care of work orders with quick turnaround time in a timely manner. The community offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes that feature ample amenities and stunning views. Overall, residents report a great and wonderful experience, thoroughly enjoying living there, finding it a wonderful place to call home, and would highly recommend it for its good, overall value.

Caitlin, the leasing manager at Arthouse apartments, has been awesome at managing the property. She's been super helpful in addressing any apartment issues and overall, Arthouse is a great place to live if you want to be in Belltown and close to the water. Highly recommend!
