The building is beautiful! Definitely one of downtown Seattle's hidden gems. Within walking distance to most main attractions (Space Needle, Pike Place etc.) Special thanks to Devin for showing me around the property. Also, the concierge Paulina for being very welcoming & super sweet.

The maintenance team is very responsive. I had an issue with my toilet flush, and in less than 24 hours, Mr. Lateef from the maintenance team was at my doorstep to inspect the issue and fix it right away.
