It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. I'm like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didn't have to have it and I don't like having to pay for it. But it's kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I can't get out of it. He was able to answer all my questions about earthquake and flood protection; and, they offer pet insurance (which I'm considering because my cat's needs seem to be more expensive than my car maintenance).I highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a good policy and a company that treats you like a person and not just a policy number.”
“I worked with Jane. She was just 5/5 in every way. I'd been procrastinating on getting auto and renter insurance for way too long, and when I worked with her she made it fun as bizarre as that is to say. She's just a sweetheart, and made everything fairly easy to understand as a young guy who hasn't dealt with insurance too much. Also, she worked outside of the listed hours which was probably burdensome but made my life a lot easier with my work schedule. I would recommend everyone to work with Sound Insurance. The price was half as much as I expected to pay for auto, and I even snuck in some renters insurance as well that was lower than my budget for JUST auto. I will definitely be recommending Sound Insurance whenever I get the chance! I really felt that everything was more than fair, and that Jane was on my team and not trying to upsell me on anything. Also she is just a fun person to talk to and we had a lot of laughs.
