After 40 years with Pemco, they suddenly raised our rates over 35%. They claim to appreciate their long term customers, but this would indicate otherwise. No tickets or accidents. Perfect record, no tickets for 30 yrs. I had a rock chip that Pemco said was no problem covered. My auto went up by 50% and that rock chip is listed as a claim thus stays on my record for 3 yrs thus I am stuck. No heads up when I called as to the impact of this bad choice on my part.

Bad first impression. Their insured hit my car and the adjuster calls back 2 days later to leave a voicemail that there is no coverage for that. No explanation. I call back and no explanation on noted on my account and now waiting for a call back.
