The counter attendant was wonderful. Patient. Understanding. Accommodating. We arrived 4 hours before we anticipated and got a car within 45 minutes. Perfect! Even told me how to save money on rental return in eugene. I strongly recommend this location for car rental.

Have done 3 rentals and have had good experience all 3 times. Person at front desk is very helpful. Noticed dent on windshield but was told it was already there. Appreciate the transparency. Make sure to save return instructions
