Very busy little rental shop with consistent lines out the door, but always very helpful employees. Pretty decent selection of vehicles even during high demand periods, and they’re willing to swap out nicer cars pretty quickly when your preferred ride isn’t available and no additional cost.

This is by far the best Avis location I've been to. I can leave with a perfectly clean and well maintained car in less than 5 minutes. Paul is great and super friendly. If you are in using Avis in Seattle, I'd highly recommend this location. I've been to others and they take longer than 30 mins to get a car.

Friendly service an very helpful. Although the office closed at 2pm on a weekend I managed to get a pick up truck for what I paid, as the only vehicle available to collect for my duration.
