Bank of America with a drive‑thru ATM has updated cleaning procedures to limit exposure, following CDC guidelines and local restrictions on client numbers. Hours may change temporarily; customers can check the mobile app or website for details. Staff helped open a business account, friendly and great at what they do. In person service is helpful, but phone calls are not answered and there is no voicemail for callbacks. Customers appreciate the assistance but wish for better phone communication.
Very bad services I’m waiting more than one hour, but no one help me. They are telling story with each other their office and also they are using their personal phone. They don’t care about the customers ridiculous customer

If you want to waste your time, like I did waiting over 25 minutes and having your appointments for any business you have ignored, and being served by incompetent staff, well, this is the place for you. They're useless, I'm disappointed in them as employees of this bank. Three visits and all three were terrible!

Don't ever , eva eva eva!! Go inside if you don't have to. I've never seen the business clients line open. And the regular line is always at least a 30 min wait. I absolutely hate coming in here. Bank BECU!!!!
